3 separate times the tanning bed was not working properly the employee in a sarcastic & rude tone said " I guess i can try" when I asked if she can have the manager call me. I said thank you. Right before I left employee said I can call customer service also. Later I found out their is no customer service just a email. I called the **** rapids salon to talk to that same employee to explain their is no customer service to call she then said it's only an email so I asked why did u tell me to call then and she kept on repeating " I can't fix the bed their is nothing I can do" which I then stated I'm not asking u to fix it I never did. Which she said again that she can't fix it. I then asked why r u constantly repeating yourself that u can't fix it when I never asked you to? That's when A customer gets on the phone and claims she is a manger and I can't talk to the employee that way. As I started to explain what I'm frustrated about they hung up on me l. I continued to call back several times and no one answered. I got a hold of the real manager the next day and she said the employee was working alone the whole time that's when I realized the employee gave the phone to a customer to have her act as if she was manager. I told ***** this and all my frustrations. And all I wanted was an apology and a little empathy. So ***** looked at the video and called me back and even though ***** clearly could see the employee giving the phone to a customer to act like a manager who then hung up on me. instead of ***** discussing this; ***** desperately was grasping at straws by try to claim i was the one who did something wrong. ***** claimed she could hear me yell and curse at the employee on the viseo and when I asked ***** to say the sentence she heard me curse ***** Changed the subject & cancelled my membership. I told ***** I'm def in one ear so I naturally talk loud especially if I'm frustrated. I never yelled or cursed her. ***** covered up employee mistake to blame me.
