Very disappointed- several things went wrong. For starts they had our building going the wrong direction. We discovered it after all the posts were in the ground. So they took them out and drilled 16 more large holes. Then they drilled our sewer line, century link line both had to be repaired with more ground being compromised. We had rain which made very large sink holes, the more we filled the more they sank. During all of this we asked for Chad to come out and look at the mess with no results. We ended up putting drain tile around the building to prevent more erosion. When building was up we could see holes in the roof - they said they would patch it with caulk and piece of wood from the inside. We didn’t think that was a solution since we bought a new building. Their response is that the roof has a 10 year warranty - what happens after that? Still we didn’t think that something new should be patched. So with all the problems we had, they pointed the finger at other people and didn’t take responsibility for the screw ups. This project cost us several thousand dollars more and their solution was to patch and give us a $1000 credit. Our recommendation for others would be to find a contractor that is responsible for the whole project. Such as :excavations, cement and building that way there would be only one direction the finger could be pointed if something went wrong. We have paid for our building in full but would not recommend this company.

We have never built a perfect building. When imperfect builders work for imperfect customers at imperfect job sites using imperfect tools on imperfect materials, issues should be expected. How those issues are addressed is the real test of a company. Upon discovery of incorrect positioning, we corrected the position. When we hit a marked buried line, we coordinated and paid for its repair. We replaced a damaged wall panel, adjusted a door, and repaired our leaks and guarantee them for 10 times longer than any law requires. We have taken responsibility without question for every issue within the scope of our contract. We have no responsibility for issues outside our control and contract scope or for your contracts with other companies. We don’t know where your private lines are buried and we have absolutely no legal responsibility for their repair if we hit them, yet we still offered $1000 credit in good will to cover over half of your repair bill. Unfortunately, some people will complain regardless of our best efforts.
