    Bought a vehicle from Olson Motor Co. in 2022 no problems with the purchase. In 2024 I go to trade that vehicle at a different dealer towards the purchase of something that better suita my needs and it's brought to my attention that the vehicle I purchased from Olson motor Co was never properly titled in the state of **. Went to the *** and confirmed the title paperwork was not submitted or completed and was told to contact the dealer they were supposed to do all the paperwork since I paid tax, title, registration fees and they are a licensed dealer. Contacted Olson motor co just to ask them why the paperwork for my vehicle title wasnt done 2yrs ago and the response was it's not my f***ing problem I sold it to you that's all done and not my problem was the response from the dealer. The phone call ended with the dealer saying he's a nice guy and he will look into (after cussing me out and saying it's not his problem) he said he would go to the ***. The next day I called the *** they confirmed he never contacted them and nothing had been done about the vehicle not being titled. Called the dealer again he said he's working on it I asked how his tone changed I got cussed at and told not his problem again. Next day I went into Olson motor Co in ****** in person was met by the dealer with an attitude who's story constantly changes. He said he submitted everything tho I just came from the *** and nothing had been submitted or even contacted by the dealership. When I told him the *** said otherwise he said replied cause he has the title I said great than let me have it, he than said that well it's in the works and the *** are liars. I brought up my purchase agreement that I paid for taxes, title etc. the dealer freaked out got in my face, cussing. Calmily asked him not to approach like that again he stormed out of the showroom immediately spun back around and said this will have to be solved by lawyers. Terrible people, can't follow their own contract. Don't go there ever.
