    my second bar broke after 3 months. was told, oh sorry, no refund bc you are too late. 2 bars in 2 years? i think that is on you, stretched fusion. horrible customer service. was given a discount code to purchase another one, surprise, it doesn't work. shame on you. worst customer experience ever.

    I recently purchased a combination multi-functional pilates bar and pilates mat based on the glowing reviews provided by the seller. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what was advertised and the mat was never received. First off, the product received looks nothing like the images on the website and the quality of the materials are subpar, cheap and poorly constructed. The advertised features are either non-existent or barely functional. It's clear that the seller is engaging in false ************** make matters worse, I have reached out to customer service no less than four times since I have not received the entirety of the order, only to be told it was first "in high demand" and then that it had been delivered. It had not been delivered.Awful company and product.
