    Upon arriving around 11pm, the power was out at the hotel and I was unable to check in. I Asked if I could get a refund so I could find someplace else to stay and I was told by the woman at the front that "I had to speak with upper management for a refund I finally was able to check in when the power came back on, only to be told that the room I reserved online was not available and that they were completely booked so they couldn't give me that room. Checking in was a mess and they ended up leaving my ID on the printer when they made a copy of it.We finally got into the room a little before midnight and it was revolting.The mattress had one sheet and a small cover with blood or other bodily fluids on it. Headboard also had bodily fluids wiped on it. There was trash under the bed/mattress. There were holes in the walls. Bathroom had pee/poop all over toilet and bodily fluid on wall. Bathroom floor also had bugs crawling around. And the tub had ***** in it.Found a different hotel as this was beyond unsanitary. Was now after midnight and we waited at the front desk for someone to check out with for several minutes before dropping our room key in the dropbox.Upon arriving at our new hotel I realized they still had my ID so I called to ask if it was there. I was hung up on THREE TIMES before someone finally answered. They did have my ID and I explained that I had left and why and that I would be back in the morning for my ID/to get a refund.I have contacted the hotel through Expedia multiple days in a row and keep getting told to call the next day and that the person on duty "isn't authorized to make decisions on refunds". I spoke in person with the manager and she still refused to give me a refund. This hotel needs to be investigated by the **** **** of health and shut down. ****** reviews prove this is an ongoing issue and they refuse to refund other guests who have left for similar reasons.Expedia itinerary # ************** Total : $104.70 Date: 3/3/2023

    I reserved 3 rooms on the 09-01-22. When we had gotten there we went to our rooms and there where the problem started. In room 265, my friends could not take a shower because the tub filled up with water and no towels. In room 259, no towels and only 1 bed made. The other bed linen was not changed and had to ask for linen and towels. In my room253, hard to get the water on for a shower. There were no towels and both beds were not made. 1 bed still had linen on it like someone just got out of bed and filthy and the other bed had only the bottom sheet which was filthy. My wife and I and 1 of the other rooms went down stairs to see the manager, I think her name was ***************************. She said she would try and get the things we needed but not very good. The maid brought us 2 towels and bedding for one of the queen ********* she gave them to my wife and we had to make 1 of the beds, because that is all she gave us. I had to send my kids home because of this. The group in 265 had to go to the other group room to take a shower. In your advertisement it shows microwave beds made and clean rooms, which was not the surprise. The televisions did not have cable or anything to watch tv, in either of the rooms and the phones did not work. We had to literally call the desk with our cell phones. The next morning we made a complaint, which they said were like 5 other ones, and we decided to cancel our next night and go home. I sent the manager an email asking to be refunded for the 3 rooms for 2 nights and still haven't heard anything from her. So I am hoping to get an answer from corporate for the refund, which I believe I should get. I told my friends how nice ************ was, with motels and this was a totally embarrassment to me.
