Great experience, 5 stars review! Windows look perfect! Cannot say enough good things about my installer, on time, took great care to insure house was left in the shape it was when he got there, hard worker and did a great job in the time he said he would do the work. We ordered 4 double-hung windows—nothing fancy, just white vinyl. The sales rep was great—straightforward and brief. He didn't put on the whole dog-and-pony show that other widow reps did (Window Nation I'm looking at you). Gave me a quote (lowest one I got I might add) without resorting to pricing gimmicks (like 'I'll knock of so many hundreds if you sign-up today and save me a trip back out here'). He was also upfront about timelines. The windows actually came in slightly ahead of schedule. The installer was quick and efficient and did a great job. The windows are quite nice—look good, work well. I particularly like a couple features (not unique to Window World, but absent from my Anderson windows)—child safety/security latches that can prevent the window from opening more than a few inches, and the half-window screens. Having a screen on half of the window allows for a security camera to be aimed out of the upper window without obstruction (screens can play havoc with the focus and image quality of cameras). The screens are moveable too, so if one wanted to open the upper sash rather than the lower one, the screen can be slid upwards preventing bugs from getting it.Window World Twin Cities

I had four windows installed on 10/9/23 by Window World and I'm very happy with the windows, they look so nice in my Condo. I will have others done in the near future. The salesman was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The installers were professional and worked diligently all day to remove and install a new bay window. However, the side windows only had a half screen so if you opened the top window bugs and bees could fly in. It is my opinion that if a window opens it should have a screen. After paying thousands for the bay window I had to pay an additional $160 to have Window World install full screens which should be standard on any window that opens.Window World Twin Cities
