            I have been trying to file a ************** claim for my mom that recently passed and needed assistance with the insurance company that insures her policy to file the claim. However, it has been a struggle to get anywhere and required paperwork is not being sent in timely fashion while my mom's funeral is on hold waiting. I contacted the Agent that was listed on her policy which states "Agent 156843U000 Woodbury Financial SVCS ***** The Agent is now saying since the original agent is no longer with them that instead of rolling the policy into another agent's book of business that it was rolled into a house account, and they are just Brookers. That would be fine, but it has Woodbury as the listed agent and supposed to represent the insurance company and assist with claims. Whereas a ******* is just selling the policy which nowhere on any paperwork does it have Woodbury listed as a ******* only has Agent.

            The wife and I had investments with *********** that were transferred to Woodbury. When the investments matured we closed the accounts and transferred the ***** to a bank.My complaint. The instant the account was closed all of the transaction data was dropped from the system. I have a letter from Woodbury stating that a check for a measly $0.25 of MY money was sent to the bank. The bank didn't get it. We called Woodbury, but the customer service reps can't explain anything because the data is gone from the system. I've never had a financial entity throw data away like this.Stay as far away from these guys as you can. I lost pennies. You might lose big bucks. If you use Woodbury, get your documents now, before the purge.
