    I purchased goodfeets system of 3 arch supports to cure sore arches, kind of a plantar facititus symptom. I wouldnt be concerned at the cost if they actually worked and were a better product. First these are 1/2 inserts with a floppy rubber cover that is a real pain to put into the shoe. It also tends to bunch up when putting my foot in and out of the shoe and it wears out very fast (after 2 months it already has holes in it). I wish they would stock full inserts like superfeet with a little more rigidity. Second the idea of the higher strengthener arch is that it supposedly strengthens the arch. How it does this by pounding on arch is unclear. One is supposed to wear it for a few hours after a couple of days but I was never able to wear it more than 1/2 hour without making the arch feel worse. Their system of wearing each support so many hours is weird because it does not specify doing what? Lying on a sofa or hiking? As we all have step counters these days in the phones or fit bits a better system would specify steps. The only arch support that I used is the medium one and now I have replaced it with a high arch support from foot science. The arch is less sore but I have also done all of the exercises recommended for plantar facitus so I dont credit goodfeet.
