      On January 7, 2023 I received an email stating the due to unforseen circumstances Angelic Skin Clinic had promptly closed. The email stated that all future appointments and monthly subscriptions will be cancelled and that they were working on a solution for clients with remaining treatments left.I have not heard from Angelic Skin Clinic since. On April 24, 2023 I attempted to respond to the email inquiring about a refund for pre-paid services only to be met with an "address not found" auto generated response. I attempted to contact the clinic several times in January and February only to be met with a disconnected number.I prepaid for several laser hair removal treatments and had 6-9 treatments left to be used. I would like a refund on the remaining prepaid treatments.

      The clinic permanently closed and they owed me hundreds of dollars worth of services. I had some unlimited laser hair removal packages they just offered less than a year ago. I also had paid for 6-9 treatments adding up to 900$ at least that I did not receive.

      I purchased a cosmetic package from Angelic ********* and received an email on January 7 the business was closing. They stated theycwere working on a solution for clients with remaining treatments left and will reach out as soon as possible. I sent an email on February 1 asking for an update then again on March 23 which was when I received a bounce back that the email address was no longer valid.

      I was receiving laser hair removal services with Angelic Skin Clinic (location: ***********************************************************************. I received an email from them on 1/7/2023 stating they are permanently closing and are determine how to refund customers that had remaining treatments in their accounts. I have heard nothing from them since then. I attempted to send a follow up email to them today, 2/24 @ ***************************** and was told the email address cant be found. I called them @ their listed phone number, ************ and was told the call couldnt be completed as dialed. They have no website. I have no way to contact them to determine how to get my money back for the remaining treatments I had on my account.

      I purchased packages for services at this company and they closed without notice and sent out an email two months ago saying that they were closing immediately and that they would reach out to clients who still have services to redeem there. They never reached back out and there is no way to contact them. Is there anything I can do about this?

      The owner is unscrupulous. They permanently closed Angelic Skin Clinic without giving their customers notice.Myself and many others received an email that they were closed permanently. Their phone number is turned off so theres no way to communicate with them. The problem is that they ran off with their customers money.I bought laser hair removal packages that I havent even started yet. I would like a refund!!I guess I will have to *********************** to get my money back.
