    We had issues with NAPA located in ********,mn we simply walked in to get oil filters for two vehicles on 07/26/2024 at around 4 pm there was an old guy behind the register we made our request and I checked the filter to make sure it came with the oil plug gasket since my personal vehicles (same brand) always came with a new drain plug gasket so I simply asked do they not come with a gasket anymore? The guy instantly played us by thinking were stupid and said I been working here for fifteen/fifty plus years and they have never came that way! so I just mentioned well when I buy mine from Faribault NAPA store it has always came with one, so I thought I may ask and he followed and escalated thing while my friend and I keeper on trying to stay quite while he went on a rant I dont care what kind of car you drive a ******* or whatever they have never come and never will come with a new gasket! We completely ignored his words before I left I just said well next time Ill take a picture and show you what I mean and he started to shout WHAT BRAND ARE THEY THAN? TELL ME NOW!!! I WANNA KNOW I stood quite while we laughed at a possibly ***** year old guy acting like a 5 year old so we left and little that we know he gave us the wrong parts! We went back to get the right one we said well looks like you gave us the wrong part and he said no I didnt the system showed me thats the one, so your the problem than I explained the filter didnt even wanna fit in the s**** hole he is than started to accuse us by stating you gave me the wrong year than so we said we have the vin and we have the service sheet after that he started to bad mouth the company that filter was bought from (*********) just for him to say we do have it! Why would the employee feel so pressured for a simple question that didnt even question his intelligence do they not come with a gasket anymore this has to be the worst store with management I have ever walked into!

    Our employees have been coached on this issue, and we will monitor performance.

    Our suppliers for filters have recently changed.  We have made the supplier aware of a possible issue about gaskets
