This company engages in fraudulent practices by selling defective vehicles. If customers complain about their purchase, the company offers a refund minus a 15% seller's fee, then attempts to resell the problematic vehicle without addressing any known issues. They falsely advertise vehicles as "runs and drives well" or "like new," making it impossible to discern the truth until the vehicle is received and found to be contrary to the claims. The owner, who is also the town's ****** ******** his position and evades accountability for these deceitful activities.

They claimed the ****** Murano **** for $2187 we purchased on an internet auction ran with no known issues. We started the vehicle and immediately the cab filled with exhaust (carbon monoxide). They tried to claim it was just some oil spilled on the engine. As soon as I left the lot the vehicle was acting sluggish and shaking violently with no power steering. I was hoping maybe old gas was causing the issue but we only made it 20 miles and the vehicle totally died. We ended up having to catch a ride back to ************ and tent a trailer to pick it up. These guys claimed they hadnt noticed any issues though it was obvious from first starting up the vehicle there was also another temp plate printed by them in the door panel showing the vehicle had been purchased (and likely returned a few weeks before we bought it but they refused to disclose any of this). We took it to a local mechanic once we got it home who gave us a list of issues from power steering, wheel bearings, airflow sensor issues, bad battery, malfunctioning computer, transmission issues, clogged exhaust pipes to say the least
