5 starsMy broker Todd with Auto Approve was honest and helpful where as some lenders made promises then changed the terms when it came time to sign Todd was completely open and honest to what he could provide and explained the reasons why! 5 starsThey offer me to reduce my monthly payment. I have to say it, I did not believe a word, so finally I decided to make then a call. As normal process they asked few questions, promise me to contact back and surprisingly they found a very atractive offer that I could not leave it, I will have a very great reduce on my loan and my monthly payments are much better. We applied for a refinance on a 2022 vehicle. We were told rates were as low as 4.99. after waiting a week for them to approve our loan we were told we were approved at a 6.49 % rate.what we had was 5.74% so we declined the rate. We gave a lot of information to get approved. I called a local credit Union and got 4.99 % myself and approved in less than an hour. We made several calls to the supervisor Tyson with no calls back as promised. We were very disappointed in this company.

Quick to take your information and request your documentation offer you a quote and an interest rate, then come back with a higher quote and a higher interest rate for you to sign… I explained in the beginning I did not want the extended warranty. They added it anyway and gave me a higher interest rate with a higher payment . Will not return will not answer.my calls Will not answer text…. they sent a text to my husband saying they needed more documentation. I’ve sent all the documentation to two representatives everything they have asked for what else could they possibly want? I have DocuSigned the loan papers after they fixed it with the correct interest rate and payment. It’s been a two week process and still have not completed. Very frustrating. They’ve already hard pulled my credit. I do not recommend them at all. They used to be a very reliable company I don’t know what has happened to them… they do not answer calls on the weekends or do any servicing on the weekends, which is when most people are off work and can take care of business!!! I’m really frustrated with this experience. All I wanted to achieve was a lower interest rate than when I first purchased the vehicle they sent out all these letters quoting you a low, low interest rate we have excellent credit and they only reached out to one bank for an interest rate. That was nothing like they had sent us in a mailer!!!!!! I could go on and on and on started this process March 17 and it is March 31. I’ve never had anyone take this long to finance a vehicle.Auto Approve, LLC

Once the error was identified, the warranty was promptly removed and new loan documents were sent.
