  I ordered porcelain floors from The tile shop in ************, ********The wrong tile was delivered to my home, Some of the tile was laid on the floor by the contractor before we realized a mistake was made,My husband, contractor and myself spoke to "********", head person at the store to see if something could be done to correct the problem. They offered us the opportunity to select another tile from the store, however we did not find a tile substitute. They said if we return part of the tile, they will reinverse us, The mistake was made on their part. I feel they could have help to compensate us a little for buying a lot of their products.I will not be doing business with them ever again.

  I visited several times and talked with ***. She is really helpful and knows her colors. She told me the grout that I picked out, I probably will not be happy with. She was right! I did buy my tile at this store after shopping around, but had to go elsewhere to find the right grout.

  Terrible **************** and zero remorse. A few months ago, my wife and I chose The Tile Shop to help us complete an outdoor patio as well as a new master bathroom. Based on the recommendation of our contractor, the quality of materials, and the return policy, we opted for The Tile Shop above all others.Over the course of several months and several trips to the store, we purchased tile for both projects. Not at any time during our visits or purchase were we informed of a 60-day return policy, so you can imagine my surprise when, this past weekend, I was informed by one of the store specialists, that I could not return excess tile; we had missed a "60-day" return policy by two weeks according to the unremorseful or unapologetic employee.This is very disappointing, as we as the purchasers, were not involved in the pick up or the amount ordered. These activities were performed by our contractor and his subcontractors; therefore, we were not informed of a return policy of 60 days. As we purchased direct from the store, I am writing today in hopes that the The Tile Shop will reconsider, as we trusted in the recommendation and were hoping we could recommend The Tile Shop to other friends and family. I'm sure there is a corporate policy of some sort that *** be challenging for you to overcome to refund us for the unused tile (7 boxes), but we were hoping for more of a local, trusting, "word-is-your-bond" type of experience that builds loyalty.Our project is now completed, so we are not looking for future discounts. We are hoping to return the overage that neither me or my wife could have estimated nor could we have foreseen delays in our contractor completing work within 60 days. We'd really appreciate any leniency in this policy if it is within your control. I have reached out to the manager of this store, three times, (phone call, email, and in person) to no avail or response.

  Simply terrible. Whatever you do, avoid spending your money here. We made a large order here in 2020 in anticipation for our bathroom construction. When we went to use the products, the order was totally wrong. We had only 1/3rd of one tile type and the other type of tile, that was supposed to all be the same was actually two different types of tile. The manager ** was incredibly nasty and told me it was my fault that the order was totally wrong. You mean you didn't check all the boxes of tile and measure it all etc? She said they don't keep paperwork past three months. Do not shop here.*I should note that the tile that was supposed to be all the same came in two batches, and the second batch was 1/32nd of an inch shorter in both dimensions...nothing that I could have seen with the naked eye, had a contractor not have been working with the product. ** seemed to insinuate that I was some kind of idiot for not noticing this sooner. **************** in the store was fine but the manager response to my issue was beyond rude and not what I would expect from an establishment where I spent over 3k.
