      These people are terrible. Ordered almost $4000.00 worth of deck railing. Missing parts. Spoke to ***************************** in customer service. She said she was going to contact manufacturer and get parts sent to me. This process has been going on for over a month now. First she said the guy at the manufacturer was not returning her e-mails. One would think u might pick up a phone and call him. But she was too inept to think of doing that. Then she pulled the, "The guy was on vacation for a week" answer. Does everything shut down because one guy was on vacation (or was he)/ Is there not someone else to complete this order and correct this injustice? Then she tried again and I have not received anything. Quite the headache. I was so patient with this lady. Now I asked for a return authorization but she wants me to pay for the return shipping. That's a laugh. What an inept company this DecksDirect and they obviously hold no clout with the manufacturer. My advice to u is to stay clear of these people. I think they have a bad reputation with the manufacturers. To boot, the lady hung up in my face when I asked her how are they going to ship this material back to them at their expense. Terrible customer service and to own those telephone manners of a grade school kid who doesn't wish to man up to their own faults, is simply absurd. Not the worst customer service I have ever dealt with, but on of the worst. Now I have to get my credit card company involved, the Better Business Bureau and speak to a manager that will probably have the same behavioral and problem solving IQ as this woman. Unbelievable how these people obtain these positions. Time-wasters and blame someone else mentality.

      DecksDirect.com provides an experience unlike any other. The focus on customer service, the involvement and support throughout from their team, it is unlike anything Ive ever experienced ordering through an online vendor (Very Fast!!!). If you want your decking mats to arrive in premium condition, in a matter of days go with these guys. Seriously.

      We issued credit for product 6-7 and returned the money to your credit card, an email was sent to alert you to this that same day. Unfortunately, it looks like the product was not received yet, but we went ahead and issued the credit for you anyway and wanted to make sure you were taken care of.       Ordered "Ornamental ******************* Cap by LMT ******. Spent ****** with high anticipation of finally getting a quality solar light. There were no instructions for installation included in the box. After doing a chat with ****, I have to purchase a silicone glue to attach the light. This instruction is located through three clicks and is step three of the instructions. Even then, it first says to attach with screws which there are none. If you glue the light to the post, you will have to cut the light off the post to replace the battery , sand of the glue, repaint and reattach. This not accetable and I asked for a return. I will get a RMA but have to pay for shipping. Unacceptable. Poor customer service,

      I am sorry that the install instructions were missing from your box and the person you talked to could have sent those to you or they are available on the same website under "install instructions" on the same webpage you purchased these from. I agree the vendor could have better instructions and I will reach out to our representative there and see if they can be updated to include better instructions on the silicone, screws to use and removal also. You are correct there are no screws included in the "product includes" description on the product page where you ordered. They can be purchased locally. The silicone that is suggested is not glue. I understand your concern but most customers find when the batteries need replacing with just a little, pea size amount of that silicone used to hold the light in place, that the lights are easily removed for replacements. We do not cover freight for returns. This is also listed on our web page under returns. Your shipping cost on these lightweight solar lights should not be expensive. If there is anything else I can do for you please let me know. We have a generous one-year return policy as long as they have not been installed and are in a resalable condition you will get a full refund. As always if we can be of any help our sales and support teams are here for you.
