    I bought a brand new furnace in September 2022 for over 7k and since purchasing it has not worked. It was brand new, I have had technical after technician come out and fix it for it to stop working again a few weeks later. It broke again on Christmas Day and my home temperature was below 50 degrees when I called to ask for help as I have an infant child and 3 other young children who can live in this conduction when the weather in ********* was -20 outside. When I called I was hung up on several times by rude sales reps and when I finally talked to someone they essentially told me there was nothing they would do and would call me the next business day.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This matter should be resolved, and the customer is happy with the solution. We responded to the customer a couple days after the original complaint, and we were able to make things right by taking care of the problem and offering the customer a free ****** Club Maintenance agreement on 12/26/22. Unfortunately, I personally never recieved the first BBB complaint in the mail, or we could have avoided the final notice.
