Hired Sam's Handyman Service to install a Sandpoint at my property for a sprinkler system. i had purchased all the parts necessary for the job. *** spent about 6hrs at my house which does not included drive time (which was about 2hrs)..after it was all said and done he told me i was going to get 12.7 gallons per minute which is what i needed. When he was finished insisted in getting paid cash, which we paid him the $5,000 cash, he wanted $6,500 but we refused to pay that exuberant amount he attempted to charged us. I asked for a receipt which he refused to do, he would leave my property until he was paid. Upon purchasing a pump and hooking it up my self, I was only able to get about 1/2 gallon to 1 gallon per minutes. I reached to him to let him know I was not getting the gallons per minute he promised. At this time he talked to a licensed well driller and was informed that a sandpoint well would NOT work in our area. After doing some additional homework on ******** found out he does NOT have a license to drill any kind of well. We reached out to other people that have used his well drilling services and have been told they had the same experiences. I did speak with other well companies after he attempted to do ours and found out the amount he charged us would of almost been enough to do a drilled well.We did reach out to him on numerous occasions to get a receipt with no luck and also to see if he would work with us on refunding part of the payment received as he did not do as promised. Also found out he he has been warned by the *** in the past on doing illegal well services because he is not licensed. Thanks for your assistance with this matter and please let me know if need further information.
