Luna's Outdoor Solutions did a paver driveway that was finished in July 2022. After only 1 year of having the driveway, it is already falling apart. The driveway was started in Nov 2021 and left "floating" on top of the base and I was told it was "ok" to drive on the pavers all winter 21-22. Luna's did not return to complete the driveway until 8 months later in July of 2022. Because the work was done so far in between from when it was started, there have been all sorts of underlying issues, so much so that I will now need to REPLACE the entire driveway at this point (there is no way to fix this). Additionally, the pavers were not laid in the correct pattern for the type of pavers and the application of a driveway. I had received a text on 9/29/21 from Luna's with a photo of the pattern of the driveway, but when it was finished, corners were cut, and an incorrect pattern was used. (They did a straight line pattern, which is another reason why the pavers have been moving, the pavers are not locked in for a driveway application ---- I've had many other contractors out to look at the driveway and the incorrect pattern was the first thing that they noticed about the quality of the driveway.) The pavers are moving when you walk on them, which also is concerning because CARS are driving on the pavers. The polymer is all but gone in the majority of the pavers, there is a lot of debris now present in the joints, and the pavers have shifted up to 1/2" in some spots. I imagine another winter with the current situation and the driveway will be in a complete wreck. It is an utter disappointment that this job was not a priority to Luna's and was done over the course of 8 months, but also that I literally threw away thousands of dollars just to find out this driveway will have to be completely re-done!
