Absolute terrible business should be shut down. Many reviews stating the same issues I had- sold me a lemon car that has had so many issues just days after purchasing. Did not fix what they stated they would, & needs over $3100 in repairs- cost of car was only $5700! They clear engine codes for electrical issues so dash isn’t lit up. This is DANGEROUS! Knowingly selling cars with issues and putting people at risk on the road. Single mother with a young child. Was lied to and scammed. DO NOT use this business! Check their lowest google reviews you will see SO MANY people who got scammed the same way!!

Dear ****, I understand your frustration, but did you try to contact us before you did anything? plus you did come with your own mechanic and did a test drive on this car more than one time and requested a part to be replaced, from our side we do have part invoice and repair shop who did replace parts available. Regardless of any issues I did contact you through your ****** review and asked you to call me if you still need help and will try our best to help you in your situation, not because of this or that, but because we always help our clients. As I said before, we always like to help our clients whatever the issues they are facing. Even if people have a crash from an accident, we never turn our back. We were always there giving the support we can to our clients. and that's why we have 5 star reviews beside the low stars. at the end will repeat what i said before call us if you still need a help.Review fromLisa A

1 starA+? That is unbelievable. We were interested in a vehicle that was supposedly ready for sale on Friday but we couldn't get there 'til Sat. Fri night it was SOLD. Sat morning the sale had fallen through. I was told it still needed to be detailed but would be ready in 20 minutes and he would video the vehicle for me. We started out on 90+ min drive so I didn't answer when he sent a 16 second video. We arrived at dealership and car was not there. Were told, it will be here in 30 minutes. We were ushered into a dirty waiting area that smelled musty. Waited 45 minutes. Inquired. Told it will be 15 more minutes. After 30 minutes, inquired again. A few minutes later the vehicle arrived, we were told everything was finished except shampooing. Upon entering, vehicle was so saturated with perfumed deodorizer I could hardly breath (asthmatic). The vehicle looked somewhat dirty. There was trash - juice bottle, crackers, hair scrunchy, medical papers and a receipt. In the back was a trash bag full of clothing(?) and a folded up stroller and some other items. The windshield had a crack all the way down the drivers side and a chip in the middle about golf ball size. We pointed this out to seller who said - don't worry, we can take care of that. As far as I know it is illegal to drive a vehicle in WI with a cracked windshield, which is where we are from. After the test drive and inspection we commented on the condition of the interior and asked why we were kept waiting nearly 90 minutes for cleaning only to be given a vehicle in this completely unacceptable condition. They could only say they told us they didn't have time to detail it! And we drove the 90 min + back to WI. This was absolutely one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a business: Consistently dishonest, inattentive, inconsiderate, gaslighting jerks! My rating for this business is F-. Unless you have a lower grade - then that. (You really need a zero star option.)Review fromHussein A
