On March 1, 2024 the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). The Consent Order settles allegations that the business violated Minn. Stat. 326B.082, subd. 11(b)(3)(5)(8)(9) (2022). Under terms of the Order, the business agreed to termination of the business's electrical contractor license and plumbing contractor license, and to cease and desist from performing or offering to perform electrical and/or plumbing work in Minnesota. The business also agreed to pay $2,500.00 fine from a 2023 Consent Order and $2,000.00 of a $4,000.00 fine, with the balance stayed on the condition that the business fully complies with this Order and has no future violations of any law, rule or Order under DLI authority. On February 14, 2023, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). The Consent Order settles allegations that the business failed to obtain required permits before beginning work on plumbing contracts in Minnesota and failed to call for the required inspection, violations of Minn. Stat. 326B.082, subd. 11(b)(1)(2020) and Minn. Rules 1300.0120, subp. 1 and 1300.0215, subp 1 (2021). Under terms of the Order, the business agreed to ensure that all required permits and inspections are completed. The business will also have a stayed penalty of $2500.00; on the condition that they fully comply with the terms of the Order and have no future violations of any laws, rules or orders under DLI authority.
