    The date 3-10-23 we bought a 2017 ***** tahoe from Buick GMC of Rochester. We took the truck to ************ to be checked had 17 codes come up. Told Buick GMC and they said they would fix all the codes. We did purchase an extended service warranty for this truck for ******* from the dealership during the the sale of the truck. This truck was in the shop 2 times with in the year one in july and once in sept/oct. The first time the extended warranty company endurance paid part of the bill for that time and none of the bili for the second time. They declined it for no real good reason other than they are a bad company and have a history of not paying claims to clients and using fraudulent ways!!! Endurance is the name of the company that Buick GMC works with. I have a huge problem with that company and I am going to make a complaint against them was well. I have reached out to Buick GMC requesting the last 2 years of my service warranty which is ******* dollars that I cannot use for this truck. I have sent in a complaint letter and an email and no one has responded to me. I am would like that money back because we had to pay out of pocket thousands of dollars and if the warranty company would have approved the fixing of the trucks issues at the first time the second time could have been avoided! They are making a lot of money and this needs to stop! All I want is the money back ******* the unused part of our warranty we can not use. Plus this truck has another issue that goes all the way back to the sale when Buick said they fixed the 17 codes they did NOT! I want to be treated fairly and that is not happening from Buick GMC or the Endurance warranty company. They cannot just take money from people and not give you anything in return! I just want what is fair the ******* back and for them to fix the transmission issue my truck has had since i got it!!! They need to do what is right! This was the 3rd car I have bought from then no more! Will not recommend!

    I was involved in purchasing a vehicle from them. They claimed they were helping me out. At first, I thought they were going to be helpful. The deal fell through. Then they texted me about a vehicle that would fit my budget. So, I agreed to buy it. They sent the paperwork to my attorney and knew this could take up to 7 days. They informed me no problem. I called the salesman that following week and he informs that the truck was put back on the market. I asked why, he informed me that was normal, and I had nothing to worry about. Then I discovered that they sold the truck to someone else, even though I thought I had a contract to purchase it. Tried to contact the Sales Manager, Finance person. NO RESPONSE!!! The salesman claimed he would help find another vehicle. I said how could I trust you guys after you pulled this stunt with me!! Stay away from this dealership. They do not stand behind their word!!!
