      Pace is responsible for “TravelFi” per the TravelFi website, and TravelFi is problematic. They advertise internet devices with virtual sim technology that is advertised as working on all 3 major cellular carriers. They sell both data plans and devices for mobile wifi for people who travel. I purchased the Journey1 and an unlimited data plan. The service doesn’t work at all, even in a city where there is cell data service from Verizon - my phone works, why not this device and data from TravelFi/Pace? It says all over their website that it’s “wifi virtually anywhere”. I’m not in a ravine or remote mountainside. I’m in a city, my phone works, my phone uses one of the big 3 - so why isn’t the Journey1 working? I’ve rebooted and followed every troubleshooting tip. I want my money back. False advertising, bordering on a scam.
