    I paid for swimming ******s for my two children for a total of $216 in the Spring of 2020 for ******s Summer 2020. When the pandemic started, ******s were cancelled and we were told to reschedule to severely limited size classes. I should mention I did request a refund at this time and was told I needed to reschedule. As members of our family are immunocompromised, I was not comfortable with my children attending class without recommended PPE during the height pandemic. I am also a frontline worker and could not accommodate any of their posted ****** times anyway. I did not acknowledge anything prior to purchase that said this would be a non refundable purchase. My children are finally vaccinated but we no longer require this service and I am requesting a refund again, however I am being denied. I just would like my money back for services that I never used.
