    I placed an order on January 15 the item was supposed to be delivered the 19th its now the 23rd and still no package. I have contacted moto and they say they have contacted ***** about it but when I contacted ***** myself they show no records of anyone calling unt I did tonight. **** claimed ***** told them that my package was at a local gas station and I called and they have no idea what Im talking about. I feel at this point Im being lied to and possibly scammed.ive asked to be contacted by phone and they refuse to do so!!

    customer was irate with us and as you can see we worked it out and we got the plow kit back to us and issued him a refund on RA010684 in the amount of ******

     Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. There was some confusion and its all worked out and ***** had taken fiery good care of me on this issue
