    I have entered a settlement with this firm in regards to outstanding credit card balance to ****************. However, I have tried to reach them to make payments but they do not list a phone number that anyone picks up, there is no email contact, I cannot get a person or a name of someone to talk to in regards to my wages being garnished. They offer to form of me being able to contact them to remedy. This has caused a freeze on my entire accounts so I have access to zero money. I have tried to set up a payment plan but it is as if they are intentionally being hard to reach so that they can just add it to the court case.

    Dear Ms. ******** and BBB, 

    Thank you for your communication. We have reviewed our file and note that 2 prior payment agreements had fallen into default. As a result a judgment was entered. The last payment we received was in June 2024. Any funds received from the bank garnishment will be applied to the judgment.

    We also note that on December 3 and 4, 2024, you spoke with a paralegal and attorney in our office, respectively. Further, as a result of those conversations we have agreed to a post-judgment forbearance with you for future voluntary payments in lieu of future garnishments. The payment agreement contains instructions for where to mail payment or there is a number to call **************** to authorize electronic payments. We will mail the agreement to you in the coming weeks.
