Being my first experience having a claim I was not impressed in any way, shape or form with this company! They do not even deserve the one star. I was getting my old home ready for sale when a lovely hail storm hit. My roof suffered only cosmetic damage, but I figured a new roof would help my sale. After some research I decided to go with Oberg. This was due to me knowing some of the workers. Now I made clear to them I was struggling with my insurance company and needed professional help. At first I had some relief things would start to move in a positive direction. The representative assured me numerous times they and my insurance company were on the same page and I would receive a second check after completion. So i gave them a check for $9600 to start. Early summer they finished the roof. Afterwards I received a bill for another $9000. They said the insurance wasn't going to pay anymore, even though they stated earlier I was going to receive a check. $15,000 I paid these swindlers. Insurance only covered $3,000 of my gold layered $18,000 dollar roof. Hustlers, swindlers and down right dirty practices. This was a rambler low pitch roof. I new I should never trust a company that rolls around in all brand new Chevrolet Trucks. Not to mention after talking to over a dozen other friends they had a similar experience to mine!! Let my mistake be your lesson folks! Stay away from them. Go with someone local and get lots of estimates people!! I know and researched a bit of the people there as well.
