My daughter and her mother and myself (her father) purchased a 2011 GMC Acadia from Motors 75 Plus in the *********, Minn area. She drove it for a day and the vehicle broke down.called Motors 75 Plus and was told to bring back the vehicle back, which she did.They worked on the vehicle and after they took it for a test drive and the engine froze up.They offered to replace the engine or refund the money. They seemed to be a reputable Business with all 5 star reviews. She decided they should replace the engine.The took the vehicle back and said they brought it to an engine shop to get a replacement engine. She was called and told the vehicle had been repaired and for her to pick it up.in another town (**************) she picked it up and drove it home. The next morning there was a huge puddle of oil under the vehicle. She called them they told her to bring it back and while driving it back it started to smoke so bad that she thought it was on fire and stopped at a auto repair shop on her way back to the dealership. The mechanic at the repair shop looked things over and found what ever they did was not proper and that parts were missing,and because of that oil was leaking out of numerous locations. After examining the engine and seeing the oil leaks his response to her was (Hack Job) not an engine job. He did some repairs (cost her another $1000.00 dollars) to slow down the oil leaks but he said it needed major repairs.She got the vehicle back home and the vehicle stopped running she called the dealership and they told her they were done With her and refused to do anything else and hung up on her. The vehicle has been sitting in her driveway ever sense not running and we had to pitch in again for here to have a lesser vehicle so she could get to work and transport the kids around.The dealership owner ****, is the one that told her he was done with her and not to bother him again. Lots of 5 stars on there web site could possibly be fake.
