Great help and advice when our !died 2:30 a.m. on a Saturday morning and they came around 9:30 a.m. We needed a new furnace and a/c unit. Repairman helpful and office staff great. Alex and Tyler showed up 7 a.m. Tuesday morning, ready to install our new system. They were polite, professional and knowledgeable. And very approachable. And it was wonderful to have heat again! Looking forward to another 20 years of heating and cooling.

I called in for an HVAC (boiler) service, the secretary was really professional and told me will charge 50 trip fee and will provide a quote for repair. I went ahead as the price was very reasonable, looks professional when they will call and emailed you before they came, and they got a good review and probably would not mess with the good reputation they have. Good things stop here.On the visit, I was told the control board needed replacement(as seen from the text) and no quote was provided. I said ok as their visit price looks reasonable and how expensive they can charge for a control board replacement (imagine how much effort to change a computer motherboard). The second time was 4 days later, the technician went there and HVAC was not fixed. no call no response, my renter told me it was not fixed because the wrong part was received (if the wrong part was received, wouldn't the technician find out right away after receiving it?) Maybe the problem was diagnosed wrong and the technician just want to save face, and I totally got that and understand it is totally fine and normal when diagnosing a problem. The third-time visit was another three days later, I called asking if they are still trying to work on the problem and they responded with a quick visit and a quick ********** the temperature up and running.I still really appreciated their help and thought I would not mind paying a little more until I saw a $754 charge on my credit card. I was trying to contact ****** and found out I was probably blocked. Trying to reach the B&D plumbing service department and left a message but no one responded yet, and probably never will.That's my experience. Felt like being intentionally hidden from the fact and what happened, and then rip you off.Be aware and stay away! I always have an impression of people in St. ******* for their honesty and integrity. This technician and this company are probably an exception.

The bill was extremely excessive. Middle of winter; so they think they can charge whatever they want. We needed a pump for our furnace (hot water system). Retail cost of the pump: $105. They charged $910 total. One hour to install it. Another hour for the trip? Do not use this company. Run your space heater until you can get a reputable plumber!

The bill seemed extremely excessive for what was done……../ Needed Anode rod removed from my water heater. I already knew what needed to be done !!!!! They came the next day. Good service from the gentleman that came and he was very efficient. It only took maybe 15 min to do the work. It took him longer to go on his tablet to look up the price to charge me for the work done than the actual job. So. $411.00 for basically 15 minutes of work.

Didn’t get any service. Called the service department for price and schedule. They said for an extra $125 they could come today. I asked what the charge is for the hot water heater install, but said she doesn’t have that information - it can only be found on the tablets that the plumbers have. This is the only plumber that doesn’t know what the cost is. I assume it’s so they get to your house and done before they hit you with the bill. Zero transparency.
