    11/30/2021 Sanding sponges was the order placed, however they sent circular sand paper. I called to get a RMA to return product. The refused to give me an RMA. We are now in the Month of May of 2024 and they have sent this to collection. The amount is $299.14. I explained that I did not order sand paper but sanding sponges. I explained that I wanted to return and they were unwilling to accept my return. I feel with this going to collections is a bit extreme as I am a business owner and have "written off" to bad debt uncollectable items.

    It seems like there was some miscommunication between our credit department and our collection team and from my understanding everything was taken care of and Mr. *********** was going to contact the BBB to let them know everything was good.  We pride ourselves in customer service and satisfaction but also realize we're not perfect.  We do our best to make sure our customers are taken care of.  Please let me know if that is not the case.

    This company has continually called us, asking for *****, trying to sell us product. We have repeatedly requested to be taken off their contact list, but they keep hounding us.

    We have already been in contact with the customer and resolved their concern via email.  We did make 5 phone calls to their business in the past year.  Their business happens to have 2 different telephone numbers that caused the extra calls going out.  No more phone calls can be made through our phone system to the telephone numbers they gave us.  We work hard to make sure all of our customers are taken care of.  If there is anything else we can do, please ask.
