    I hit a snowbank and my car was damaged. I contacted my insurance company to work with them in locating an auto repair shop. I located ****'s and decided to have my vehicle repaired their on January 23, 2023. He repaired my car and informed me the car was ready for pick up on Fen. 22, 2023. I drove home and the car overheated and was making noise. I called and text ****'s that my car was overheating, the check engine light came on and it was making noise. ****'s said to bring the car in the following week due to the snow storm that was coming. I said okay. Called ****'s that Wednesday, he said I didnt hear from you. I told him I texted him my address because he said he would have the car towed. He said bring it in next week, Another week goes by and nothing. I called my insurance company and told them a second time I need to have my car fixed and I am not getting anything from ****'s but bring the car in, but I never hear from him. I have called and sent text to ****'s and nothing. The insurance company has contacted ****'s with no answer or resonse.
