      I had to get a new card and spend another $35.00 when it was YOUR fault for letting some employee from truelink with this number: 808-219-**** Yes, this is their real personal cell phone number. I called it and told the truelink employee which they admitted they worked for you, to NEVER hack my account again. I want my $426.00 and add $35.00 to the True link refund for ANOTHER new card. You refuse to answer your phone and hung up on me TWICE! Here is proof of who I am. Grace Messenger and NO ONE from Truelink called back. I'm out money because the bank doesn't care. The FDIC has been alerted to these scummy bank practices. The person in question is a True Link employee who used MY account to charge for Apple Pay as well earlier this month. Apple Corp refunded me and alerted me to who it was that charged MY card when Truelink refused to refund the stolen money. This is TWICE in the same month my account was hacked! I just had to add more relevent info. Thank you. Fire that s******* you hired!

      If I could give zero stars I would. My company did a promotion with one of our manufacturers, where we could earn a set amount of money for each item sold. At the end of this we were sent prepaid MasterCard "debit" cards from Sunrise Banks/Northlane. I have spent the last TWO days going back and forth with them because every time I attempt to use the card it is declined. Finally got it to work on ONE purchase of $25 (out of $5,000) while on the phone with them and was assured the card would be fine now. Since you can't pay bills with it I decided to treat myself to a very nice dinner with it. DECLINED. Very embarrassing - thankfully I had my regular credit card to pay the bill. Now they're telling me I need to wait "another business day" AGAIN. They have basically stolen my money at this point as far as I'm concerned. To add insult to injury, a supervisor interrupted me mid-sentence and when I continued to speak, he informed me that since I had interrupted him and used profanity (I asked if I was supposed to sit at the restaurant with my thumb up my ass for the "hour" he suggested I wait to try the card again) he was going to hang up on me. And then proceeded to do so. Don't worry. Their maintenance fees etc are pulling out from the balance just fine.

      The link between Cypress Bank and Trust and True Link Financial involving AROSA of Raleigh and a 6 year old fraud scheme that began in January of 2018. I've asked True Link, Cypress and AROSA for documents related to Sunrise Bank. They all refuse. I'd like the BBB to acquire these documents from Sunrise Banks.

      Using my card to get funds from giving blood, I went to a "no surcharge" ATM from their list, and was charged a surcharge. When I called, they said the bank was no longer on the list, and refunded me less than the surcharge. They have changed the locations of "no surcharge" ATM and did not update the information for consumers. Nickel and dime charges, constantly.

      Same as others. I got a refund from T-Mobile and cannot access my funds. The website is heavily flawed. Cash App, Venmo, and AppleCash all cannot transfer the funds. I will try an ATM but I know I cannot take out the exact amount. Shame on T-Mobile!

      Refund card issued by T-Mobile from Sunrise Banks using northlane.com as the portal. Northlane's website does not work, won't allow for transfer of money of the card. Many complaints across tons of forums yet it still isn't resolved. If you're having this issue report them here and at the FDIC website. **********************************************************************

      I was issued two $200 virtual gift cards from this bank. I spent our bill money on clothing thinking I could use the virtual prepaid MasterCards on my bills. I went thru the steps of activating both cards & went online to pay my bills. To my surprise, both cards were DECLINED! There isn't even a phone number, web address or any contact info for help regarding a total of $400. This is not right, and should be considered illegal. I don't even know who to contact about this. I will continue to leave reviews about this bank that issued NON usable MasterCard gift cards. I can't even file a complaint because I don't have an address or phone number for Sunrise Bank.

      I am a customer of ********************** and used them for my first Mortgage. The process of obtaining a loan was great, my loan ******** ***** was terrific, and that process was excellent. The issue is making payments on my mortgage. Their online banking is out of date and is constantly making mistakes. I've tried adding bank accounts to make the payment; I've even tried making direct ACH pushes to the account, but every time it fails. NOW SUNRISE IS REPORTING MY MORTGAGE AS DELINQUENT to the credit bureaus because their system fails, and their mortgage team has not returned my phone calls to fix this. It's one thing to add late fees, which can be removed later down the line but negatively impact a customer's credit score because of a SYSTEM ISSUE and lack of support coverage is not excusable. DO NOT USE this bank.

      I am a business customer. This is not a business bank or service. Their "credit card" is unvalidated and rejected by Amazon, AWS, Box, Slack, etc.... In the rare instance that I have tried to use the card (because it's clearly not successful), they reject my use of the card if using a vendor outside the United States. There is no customer service on the card when there is a problem, it's an unsupported business. My customer service rep is good, but she can just sigh and tell me that she understands my frustration and that they have heard these same complaints in the past. This is a business that is not yet a business bank and while they are a B CORP (why I chose them) they are not more than a community bank for deposits and personal checking accounts. BEWARE!
