      I had put an order to be delivered on 7/2 for order # *********. I received notification that the package was delivered, but unfortunately, it was nowhere to be found. The tracking stated it was left at front door which was odd because I have a doorman. I asked my doorman to look around and check the cameras and per their findings, the package was never delivered. I reached out to the company and merchant, Sigma, and they advised me to wait since their shipping can take up to 13 days! This was supposed to be a gift and per my understanding, shipping was supposed to be 3-5 business days. I reach out again because it has been 13 days and still no package has shown up. They tell me they cannot offer a refund and I prefer to not get credit or a reshipment as this was meant to be a gift. I do not shop here nor do I feel I should be pressured to take the credit. I am asking to please get a refund for products in which I never received. I have never shopped here so I dont feel the need for a credit. Please help with this situation.

      Thank you for reaching out. We are sorry to hear your package was either misdelivered or stolen. We are able to offer an exception for this instance and a full refund has been issued to the original form of payment.
