    12/16 - deposit paid 12/20 - work started 1/17 - work ended, paid in full We had him put in a new wooden railing above our stairs and add 15" of dry wall to a 1/2 wall in our home. The wall is unfinished, there are many uneven surfaces and two contractors told us that he made the top too large when compared to the original wall. The topper is also not flush with the wall and there is a gap. The railing we have been told by two contractors and one ********* that it is unfinished and messy work. There are exposed screws, nails not hammered in enough, uneven finishing - not sanded down so it is not smooth and drips, some of the posts are bowing, the top railing is not smooth, the posts are uneven in distance. It does not look finished. I have been trying to contact the company for two weeks to repair or get a refund and have not heard anything back.
