    It's basically a scam. I was following their program for a year and gained 25 lbs on **** cals/day average for a postmenopausal woman. It's unsafe.

    They do a really good job at first making this feel like a personalized program but it is all canned emails and speeches. I did not understand the meal plan and despite asking multiple times, it was never explained to me. I "graduated" from orientation without ever tracking one meal because I kept asking over and over for clarification. Of course no refund was available. Such a waste of money unless you are already an expert at tracking "macros".
