    Penguin Insulation when working at a house two houses away from me, backed into my driveway and crushed the gutter on my garage at *********************************** they left a note accepting responsibility and a number to call to get it fixed. I called the number ************ and talked to *********************** the local manager. He suggested I get a bid from the contractor that built my garage and I did. The bid was less than $1000.00 which he said was reasonable and I should get it done and submit the bill to them for payment. I did that. The contractor did the work to my satisfaction, and I gave his invoice for the work to ***********************, but the contractor, *************************** Construction has not been paid despite dozens of phone requests from me. It has been many months. My original call to ***** was 11/27/23. The work was completed by12/29/23. Photocopies of the invoice were sent to ***** and he is blaming the corporate insurance company for not paying, but will not give me the information to contact anyone but himself. What more information would you like?

    In this case, we have resolved the matter with *******************; and *************************** Construction.  Both parties have been reimbursed for the damages.
