Since October 2022 I have been unable to access my customer account online at ******************************. I have called multiple times, at least 5, to try to help the issue. There has been no resolution. Multiple customer service representatives have told me they would call me back and they have not. Since October 2022 I haven't been able to log in. I pay a high premium, which I assume includes money that goes towards the upkeep of their website and my portal. I feel I am entitled to compensation for the amount of time I've spent trying to resolve this issue and the lack of a vital aspect of my insurance - to see what providers are in network, to see explanation of benefits, and to access what my benefits include.Initial Complaint

Logging into the mobile app has not worked for over 1 year. I have sent bug notifications to them and I still cannot login. Just want them to fix this issue. I shouldnt have to call a person to resolve an issue with an app if they have a feedback loop supposed to catch itBusiness response

My husband was seen in the Emergency room on 6/5/21. The *** that the insurance sent claimed that provider was to be paid in full on 8/6/21. But we got the **** instead on 9/22/21 we proceeded to pay the **** to prevent it from going to collections.Upon some investigating Blue cross claimed that the provider never cashed the check to cover the services. We have been working on this claim since October 2021. Blue cross has stated multiple times about send a new check to the provider but hasn't yet every time I call on the status. I feel the insurance has not made every effort to resolve this issue in getting our money reimbursed back to when the **** should have been paid by Blue Cross.Business response

Sorry, the first request we received was via the mail. I have been unable to get in to this portal and just got the issue fixed with the help of BBB. this members issue has been fixed.Initial Complaint

I went to surgery for a back issue. Before the surgery I called to make sure everything was good like pre approvals and such. Well of course they ask questions is this auto accident related, is it workmans comp, etc. Months after surgery they send the same questions to me again in writing. The same questions. They dont want to pay and are trying to pass the buck to someone else. They are trying to deny my claim.Business response

I apologize that you feel that Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota is trying to deny your claims and that you were asked on two separate occasions, from two separate departments, to confirm that your injury was not auto or work related. It is standard operating procedure to verify that a surgical procedure due to an injury is investigated and verified that it was not due to an auto accident or injury at work, etc before your health plan pays a claim. I have verified that your claims for your back surgery have been paid correctly according to your plan benefits.
I apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this may have caused you. Thank you for bringing this matter to my attention and allowing me the opportunity to review your concerns. I hope that your future experiences with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota will meet or exceed your expectations.

I am rejecting this response because:
they harrased me with multiple letters claiming to deny coverage if I didnt respond. They already had those answers. I didnt see them adding money to my medical debit card in return as a favor. no apology for harrasing me when they already had those answers and wanted to deny my coverage
