      In July *************************************************************** ******. I told the salesman I was moving to ***** in *********************************************** once I PCS. I was told yes and giving this sheet to call once I got me house in *****. I did as instructed and for like two months got the run around until one day I called and was told they only can do business in ** or GA not *****. They then stated they had like a sister company and to call them. I called them (no name was giving just a n umber) to come out and install and was informed they dont work on other company systems. Now I see **** put this on my credit because I refuse to keep paying for a system I cant use. I paid a year worth while it sat in my house as I tried to find so way to get it serviced. I feel like they prayed on me because I was active duty. They should be blacklisted.

      On April 18th, 2024, Aqua Finance cashed a check for the payoff amount for my RV loan. They report the payments and balance to TransUnion. They have not submitted the payoff and closed account to TransUnion. *** called TransUnion and filed a dispute through them and they have claimed they have not received input from ****, so I should call them. I have multiple times. Aqua states they report every 30 days. I believe they have not submitted to TransUnion. The account has been paid in full, I got the pay off letter and **** has confirmed its paid off and closed. They need to send that to **********. They have had plenty of time.

      They have not many ANY attempts to contact me. They have my phone number, email and physical address and I have not received any communication from them. The statement they made is false. I have been the one calling them twice a week for over a month trying to get this resolved. Aqua finance claims they have been trying to contact me, prove it. Send me documentation of outgoing calls to my number since the issue began on 4.18.24 and emails sent to me.

      I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Aqua Finance regarding a persistent billing discrepancy with my account (Account Number: *********** and the **********************'s unsatisfactory customer service response.Summary I initially provided accurate and clear information during the setup of my billing arrangement with Aqua Finance in 2023 to insure payments be made within the year with no interest. However, there seems to have been an error on their part, resulting in incorrect billing amounts being attributed to my account. Consequently, I am being unfairly charged interest on an amount that is not due.Details 1. Billing Discrepancy: - Despite my provision of accurate information during the setup process, Aqua Finance misconfigured my billing arrangement.2. **************** Response: - I contacted Aqua Finance's customer service department regarding this issue, but there has been a significant delay in acknowledging my correspondence. - It has been 2 weeks since my initial contact, and I have yet to receive a confirmation that my concerns are being addressed.3. *** Involvement: - In light of Aqua Finance's recent encounter with the ************************ (***), as highlighted in their press release dated May 2024, I am concerned about the integrity of the company's practices. - I have filed a report with the *** (Report Number: *********) seeking their intervention in resolving this matter.This situation has caused undue financial hardship and inconvenience.

      Thank you for forwarding Aqua Finance's response to my complaint. I regret to inform you that I must reject their response as it does not address the critical issues I have raised.

      Despite Aqua Finance's assurance and the new contract stipulating an agreed-upon payment arrangement of $215.02 per month with no interest to resolve the initial issue caused by Aqua Finance, I have discovered another significant ongoing billing error. Specifically, Aqua Finance has been deducting $82 twice a month from my account from July 2023 to November 2023. This error exacerbates the initial billing issue that prompted my complaint.

      Additionally, I requested an email confirmation of the agreed-upon $215.02 payments and a summary of the issue from Aqua Finance, but I have yet to receive any correspondence regarding this matter. This lack of communication further erodes my confidence in their customer service and ability to manage my account accurately.
      Furthermore, I believe my situation falls under the ************************ (***) action against Aqua Finance, as outlined in their press release from May 2024. The company's assertion that my case does not align with the *** issues appears to be incorrect based on the details of my experience.

      Given these circumstances, I am requesting that Aqua Finance forgive my outstanding balance due to their repeated billing errors and mismanagement. I have lost trust in their ability to handle my account accurately and securely.

      I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter and look forward to your further support in addressing my concerns with Aqua Finance.

      While I appreciate your response, I must emphasize that the billing issue of being billed twice a month from July 2023 to November 2023 has not been addressed. As a result, I will not be closing the BBB case, as it is evident that Aqua Finance does not manage customer issues ethically and in a timely manner.

      I request that all future communication be in written form to ensure proper documentation. Please email me with a detailed explanation and the steps that will be taken to correct the billing errors.

      The company will not validate the debt and is still reporting to the credit bureaus. I have received nothing in the mail. When I disputed with the bureau, they updated the history from N/D, no data to charge off...??? Requesting supporting documentation or remove from my credit report immediately.

      I bought water softener system from Elements company which is fake and finance thru aqua. The system isnt working and i am afraid can damage my brandnew home. I contacted many many times and Aqua finance ignored my calls and email. They dont help me! I want my money back

      acc number:004136323 hey they financed a bath tub replacement and we were not made immediately aware that they'd be charging compound? daily interest and that our payments would go to paying that first before the principal balance on top of the APR. I see a lot of people complaining about the same thing and would like adjustments to the current agreement and I am going to go through here because I doubt they will answer anything directly.

      I have a water softener install and they did a bad job on it, now that is summer I cant take a shower cause the tanks are on the sun all day and my water is burning hot, I did a complaint 3 months after install and they want to charge me for repairs, is been 2 years and they didnt fixed it.Just received a letter with the results that they will not fix it, there is the company that sold me the equipment and the finance, it is so bad that I am paying $9,000.00 for something that I cant use.I Need a refund.

      On 6/12/2023 I purchased siding for my house, from the beginning the company put the wrong siding on my house, then they put used siding on my house I talked to them about it they only refund me ******. Then the finance company keep sending me notice of right to cure default for missing one payment, and now I was in a pedestrian accident and can't work right now but I can still pay they put me in a payment arrangement of ****** a month for six months I been making those payments and they are still sending me Notice of Right to Cure Default, when I call them about they say they don't know what I am talking about but I been paying the ****** for 4 months now. I would like for them to get they billing together and quite bullying people with these notices.

      Please see my other complaint cor Attic Projects. Aqua Finance Partnered with them for me to afford insulation replacement and rodent proofing. Aqua Finance did not help resolve the issue of Attic Projects terminating the previous ten year rodent warranty against my request to continue treating the problem.
