    Per our previous agreement I would be issued a refund for the overage of payment reveived, I have not recevied any refund, any when i call the Representatives will make me aware there has been no action on my account and nothing is even processed.     Aqua Finance is company that Camping World financed our loan through for our camper they do not explain the type of loan how they apply payments and cannot explain anything but if you get behind they are on the phone with you. we have been paying for over 2 years and still owe almost what we financed everything seems to go to interest need to explain loan and cannot.

    I called this company to have them transfer my account to another person that is buying my house. The customer service representative did not ask for my information just tell that they cant do it. I then asked for a supervisor and was denied. I then gave my phone number to the representative and was told that he couldnt find it, I spoke to the company Monday, 3 March. The person buying my house wants to have the account in his name.

    cently reviewed my credit report and noticed an inaccurate and invalid account reported by *************************** Name). This account is not valid,and its presence on my report is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).Under the ****, all reported accounts must be accurate,verifiable, and legally collectible.This account does not meet these standards, and I am requesting its immediate removal.     i was miss lead by this company on the amount of interest they charge i have paid hem over $627 dollars in 3 month and only $72 dollars has gone to principal in 3 months. the orignal blanace was $19500 as you can see buy the photos i have provide i still own $19427. the balance should be way lower with the amount I'm paying this company should be shut down for ripping people off. they make it imposable to pay it off. the amount i have paid this company i should only own $18945 not $19427.

    Aqua finance put a lean on my home without my knowledge. A small landscape job which was supposed to be a small remodeling loan turned into a lean on my 1.3 million dollar home over a 50 dollar landscape loan. When my loan officer reached out to me with this information and the contract doesnt make sense. He stated this is completely illegal. So now I have to seek legal help to remove what looks like a second mortgage has been taken out on my home. When I called the landscaping company ( ***** ) they said it was supposed to be a revolving line or personal credit and said what aqua finance did after that has nothing to do with them but Im still confused on how I went through ***** but they transferred me to aqua and aqua has done a illegal loan on my home and my credit.

    My bank account got hacked so I called the company to let them know that I would make the payments up as soon as I got my new card and got everything worked out which I did they still reported it to the credit bureau and are now refusing to remove it without me going through a bunch of BS

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    They keep having the same lady call me and say the same remarks.They have numerous complaints against them they are obviously a fraudulent company. I have file disputes with the credit bureaus through an attorney. I have emailed them the letter showing that my bank account has been hacked and they claim they did not receive it.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear e your when it comes to aqua finance it is very apparent they give no attitude s**** about their customers they have multiple complaints in their reviews and with the better Business bureau. I have a file the complaint with the Florida state's attorney general as well. They were informed of what was going on but yet they refuse to remove it and they claim that they can't because of the Fair credit act which I've talked to multiple people under their discrepancy they can remove the negative remark but they choose not to even though I called. I will continue to file complaints and I have created a ******** page warning people about their bad practices. They obviously need to be banned from doing business as obviously they are fraudulent company

This issue has been ongoing since the inception of my contract, and despite numerous communications with your customer service representatives, it remains unresolved. Most recently, I spoke with your Dispute Resolution Specialist, Zyan, who advised me that my account would be credited for the interest that had accrued.The original balance of my account was $6,890.00. After factoring in payments and credits of $1,144.50, and an initial interest charge of $1,000, as outlined in the January statement, the balance should reflect as follows:Original balance: $6,890.00 Less payments and credits: $1,144.50 Less initial interest charge: $1,000.00 Less interest paid: $530.40 This calculation results in a payoff amount of $4,215.60.I am prepared to settle this account for the amount of $4,215.60 in full and clear this debt.
