              I had a appointment for my dog for express service at11 oclock at Chuck and Dons in ********* ********* I had a groomer by name ******* I waited longer than two hours with the dog that has seizures, and they have no regards to that. Ill ask them to forgive me for express fee because I shouldnt be paying for that while it was not express and they charge me the full amount $125 and told me that I cannot be seen there with my dogs anymore. Im seeking apology from them because theyve been arguing with me and Im a customer and also Im seeking my $125 back, thank you
