    I purchased a 3M reusable respirator 6900 of off the official 3M Amazon store. I received the item broken. (The filter lock on the right side is broken and the filter cannot attach.) Both Amazon and 3m refuse to fix the issue.

    Hello I was a patient at ************************** in ************ during my visit I had an I V inserted when the IV was removed I was bandage with surgery tape.. Upon reaching home the same day the tape was removed and I encountered a skin burn on both arms

    Hello, 

    We received this email the same day we received the BBB email.

    Our PACE CBG Team reached out to Ms. ******* regarding her reported incident with surgical tape applied at her clinic. 

    Ms. ******* did not have the tape any longer, therefore, unable to identify the type of surgical tape. Since the tape was applied at her clinic, it is another companies tape or 3M's Solventum surgical tape and we replied asking the customer to reach out to her clinic to find out the manufacture of the tape and if it is Solventums tape, they will need to call them at ************ for further assistance.
