      Company practices bad business practices and spams individuals through emails. I have requested numerous times to not be contacted and have not provided my contact information to this apartment complex. I continue to get daily spam emails from company.

      **** initially contacted our company in 01/2019 looking for an apartment at that time he provided us with his contact information including his email address.  We have regularly used email communication for marketing purposes with our organization since his initial information in 2019.  On every email sent there is an option at the bottom of the email that states if they wish to opt out of emails, they can do by clicking on the supplied link.  **** had never done that thus he continued to receive the email marketing items.  The first time he contacted us about not wanting to receive email communications was 05/09/2022 where he stated Take me off your email list immediately! I have asked multiple times, if this is not done by the end of the day and I receive another email from you Ill be reporting you to the BBB, ************************* and the ******************* for spamming and bad business practices. We immediately opted him out of the email communications as he requested.
