    An employee of ************ (***************************) conducted a background check on me in November for personal reasons. She has threatened to me that she can do this on anyone and was going to run one on an 18 yr old boy who was in a hotel room with her daughter and a police report was filed. The background check she ran on me she shared with her daughter and other minors, in addition to those minors parents. One piece of information obtain was expunged and sealed over 12 years ago and she took it upon herself to violate my privacy rights and share this out using her company access and tools. Her daughter had shared that her moms boss is friends with her and just sent an email to her stating if you are going to run personal checks do not share the information and that a parent is complaining. Text messages from ******* to her daughter were shared with my daughter on these actions. I reported the situation to ************ a second time knowing it was brushed under the carpet and did not receive a response nor any action taken on my privacy violation.
