I did contract work vinyl installing for them. It was a lot of window graphics and small decals. I got offered to do a full vehicle wrap for ******** mobility by signarama on January 16th I accepted the job I stated 4 days to remove and install **** May 15th they contacted me asking me if I can do it next week. I stated I can do it Tuesday and Thursday but it needed to be done by Saturday morning of that week which only gave me 2 days. I did an overnight on Friday to finish it after working 2 jobs. Once it was done our original agreement was at the end of the month. He stated business is slow theyll get it to me on the 15th of June. It is now the 21st in June and still have not got paid nor a solution to work something out.

Unfortunately, our recent experience with *************************************, who conducted an installation for us in early ***** was highly disappointing and unprofessional. Despite the negative impact on our business and reputation, we have chosen to honor our payment obligation for the service rendered.
In regards to this complaint, Signarama *********** adheres to a Net 30 payment policy. The invoice from ***************************************** company, North Modi, was received on Saturday, May 27th, and processing began on Tuesday, May 30th (due to the May 29th holiday). His payment will be mailed to the address specified on the invoice on Friday, June 30th.
***********'s conduct throughout the project was unethical and unacceptable. He not only threatened to abandon the project that he had initially agreed to complete but also attempted to double his price as the deadline approached. To meet the tight deadline and honor our commitment to our customer, I reluctantly renegotiated his rate and hours. Given our experience, I strongly discourage anyone from working with ************************************* or his company, North Modi.

After Signarama ***********' response to the North Modi review, an accord was reached between the parties involved. North Modi, acknowledging Signarama ***********' concerns, demonstrated goodwill by revisiting the invoice and reverting to the original amount as initially quoted instead of the inflated sum. In return for this gesture, Signarama *********** graciously accepted the revised terms and expeditiously made payment for the original invoiced amount on June 23, 2023. Leaving both parties satisfied and fostering a positive conclusion to this unfortunate situation.
