            On November 18, 2022 we filed a claim with AlumaCraft on a boat we purchased on August 2, 2021 because after less than a year of having it the paint started to peel off of it. The claim # is *****. Since then, AlumaCraft took possession of our boat and agreed to repaint whole boat/delamination replace decals. We have tried to reach out to them multiple times trying to get answers on where our boat is and when we might expect it back only to be told someone will reach out to us. We have yet to have anyone reach out to us or our dealer who has also tried to contact them multiple times. We are going on 7 months of paying for a boat we haven't had possession of and it is losing market value. We just want answers.

            Originally told I would have my boat at the beginning of July. Boat showed up approximately 3 weeks late. When it finally did arrive alumacraft did not send all hardware needed to have the boats digital dash function properly meaning I had no gauges and dealer could not comfortably sell me the boat. After two weeks if trying to contact alumacraft to figure out the problem and come up with a solution my dealer decided to contact Suzuki instead as alumacraft simply did not want to respond or cared about the customer enough to come up with a solution. After it was all figured out my dealer drove four hours to deliver the boat on his own time as he felt so bad about Alumacrafts delay, I now have a boat and it's the end of August. If I'm lucky I'll be able to use it 1 or 2 times before the water freezes over. Thanks for nothing alumacraft. Now I have a boat I won't be able to fully enjoy until next summer. I appreciate all the hard work from my dealer and the engineers at Suzuki for finding the problem.

            We are sorry Mr. K******* could not get his boat at the original delivery date but the marine industry including Alumacraft are struggling to get materials and workers to keep production lines up on a daily basis due to the effects of Covid 19 and unfortunately this struggle leads to delays that made his boat late.
