I purchased A replacement windshield for 599 for my Arctic cat wildcat 1000. I found the windshield on their website by using their search function in typing in my ATV model, Arctic cat wildcat 1000. I bought My ATV used and this was my first time buying parts for it. I found Country cat online. I’m a very busy businessman, and I was not able to get around to trying to install the windshield until about 3 to 4 weeks after I bought it. After I took it out of the box and I realized that it was not the correct one for my ATV, I notified them and requested To return it for a refund so I can order the correct one. That is when they told me that I had 15 days to return the item from the date of purchase And they will not work with me on it. It was their search function with my model number that returned the incorrect windshield that I purchased. I would suggest not using this website for your purchases unless you go in knowing the exact model number for the part that you need for your ATV.Country Cat, Inc.

Customer did a search on our website for a Arctic Cat Wildcat windshield and our search brought up results one of which was a windshield for a Wildcat Trail or Sport model. The customer has a Wildcat X model so the windshield is not correct for his machine. The customer is blaming us for this when in fact he did not read the description of the windshield which clearly states this does not fit his machine. He proceed to buy the windshield, try to install it and then return it way past our return window. When we replied to the customer that we could not accept the return because of these reasons he then tried to blame us for our website telling him the wrong information. The fact is the customer purchased the wrong windshield is now mad at Country Cat for doing so.Review fromSHANE L

Do not order if you are from Canada. I ordered a 10$ part and it cost 80$ shipping. The invoice indicated 40$ then I get an additional bill from FedEx for 39.54$. I emailed Country Cat and they said this additional shipping was in their policy and there was nothing they could do for me. Poor customer service. 80$ to ship a 10$ part not coolCountry Cat, Inc.

The customer placed an order on our website and had it shipped to ******. International orders are subject to the duties and taxes of the importing country. These fees are charged by the buyer's government and not us. Title: Terrible Experience at Country Cat Service Department I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the service department at Country Cat. I brought in my snowmobile for a routine oil change, expecting a simple and hassle-free service. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but that. Upon picking up my snowmobile, I discovered that the starter had been wrecked during the service. Naturally, I expected the service department to take accountability for their mistake and rectify the situation. However, that was not the case. The service manager, Dan, exhibited an astonishing lack of professionalism when confronted with the issue. Instead of addressing the problem calmly and responsibly, he chose to raise his voice and yell about the situation in the parking lot, right in front of my child. This not only created an embarrassing and uncomfortable situation but also showed a complete disregard for customer service. To make matters worse, Dan somehow managed to place the blame on me for the damage to the starter. I was taken aback by his refusal to acknowledge the mistake and his attempt to shift the responsibility onto me. It's disheartening to see a service manager behave in such an unprofessional manner. In an attempt to resolve the matter, I reached out multiple times to the store manager to express my concerns about Dan's behavior and the damage caused to my snowmobile. Unfortunately, my calls were never returned, leaving me feeling ignored and frustrated. I expected much better service from Country Cat, and this experience has left me with a negative impression of their service department. I would caution others to think twice before entrusting their vehicles to a place that not only damages your property but also lacks the courtesy to address and resolve issues in a respectful manner.Country Cat, Inc.

The only factual information about the review above is the customer's machine was here for service.
The machine was at Country Cat waiting for a part to become available from Arctic Cat and was not picked up by the customer for 22 months. The customer could have picked the machine up anytime he wanted during this time. When the customer finally decided to pick up his machine, the technician assisting the customer while loading watched the customer crank the starter over himself,trying to start it when he arrived to pick it up. Now, he is blaming us for the starter failure when he knows the starter was operating when he was trying to load the unit. The machine was not here for starter service, nor did we service anything to do with the starter, and the machine was cracking over when he was here to pick it up.
Never did our service manager yell or raise his voice to the customer during any interaction with the customer. The customer blatantly lies about the situation and fabricates an elaborate story that did not happen!
It is unfortunate the customer needed to go online and tell an untruthful story to damage our credibility.R. L.

My review is 100% truthful. It's disappointing to see that the management and ownership are not taking accountability for the actions of their service manager and haven't taken steps to address the situation. The feedback provided in the BBB review seems consistent and reflects the truth of my experience. It's disheartening that they refuse to acknowledge their actions and the damage done to my snowmobile. The service manager should be terminated for his abrasiveness and very poor customer service. On a positive note, the reviews for the sales side of the business are consistently rated 4 to 5 stars. It's unfortunate that the service department's performance is lacking, and it's concerning that ownership hasn't taken action to rectify the situation.Review fromKip D

Advice is to stay away from this company. Absolutely terrible company that dose not care about customer service. Wish I would have read the reviews of past customers that experienced a company that is very sneaky and not trust worthy. Buyer beware.Country Cat, Inc.

The customer purchased a product from our website. The customer then called us to notify us that we allegedly charged him more than he thought it should. The customer is from ****** and buying goods from the US, and the exchange rate is computed by the credit card company, which shows ******** dollars on his statement. All prices on our website are US dollars because we are a US-based company which is clearly stated in our terms and conditions. We notified the customer of this information, and he decided to cancel his order which we did, and refunded his payment. We are not sure why this customer is upset about his lack of understanding of the exchange between the ** and ******** dollar.Review fromDave G

1 starI am writing this so others out of country customers will be aware of, what I found to be, Country Cat’s misleading Website. I had the experience where I paid $78.99 for a product and $32.89 for shipping. I assumed the high shipping cost was due to including taxes and border clearance fees. To my surprise I received a second FedEx bill for taxes, clearance fees and disbursement fee for the amount of $53.69. No where on their online transaction page dose it warn customers will be charged extra fees. Instead their page misleads the customer by stating “Total cost Incl. taxes” and then below “Total cost excluding taxes”. It wouldn’t take much for them to add a line that Canadian and other customers will be billed these extra charges. I gave Country Cat the opportunity to respond and was sent back pages of their small print agreement. My guess is that I’m not the only one being duped by their convoluted online transaction page. They could easily add a line about further fees but would rather focus on short term gains. I certainly won’t do business with them again.Review fromT. G.

Hi I ordered a part online they said they had I paid for it with my **** the next day they said that the part was discontinued and then returned my money except $70 was missing from the total I talked to **** and they are now straightening it all out thank you **** for getting back my money and shame on you Country Cat for taking advantage of people maybe try keeping your website up to date I do not recommend Country Cat shame on youCountry Cat, Inc.

The customer ordered a part on our website that was a special-order item. Our website never said it was in stock and said it was a special-order item. We placed the order the next day with our supplier, and after placing the order, the supplier informed us this part was no longer available. We then contacted the customer to tell them the item was discontinued and that we would refund their payment. Country Cat refunded the customer's payment amount 100%! The money that was not returned to the customer is the international fees held by the credit card company for an international transaction that we have no control over. This is a fee kept by the credit card company NOT Country Cat. This customer is not being honest and not stating facts in this BBB review.T. G.

That's not true that part was on the website as in their store never said nothing about special order I don't think I should be held responsible for paying for something I did not receive according to **** they said that the store keeps half and they keep half this is not fair I don't care where I live in the world the refunds of refund you can't keep my money because you don't have the part you promised me false advertising as far as I'm concerned Country Cat and **** can both stuff it
