It is the worst, the workers they have are always angry and despotic, especially the woman who is in the repair service, how poor in professionalism they are. I made an appointment twice for an oil change and both times they gave me excuses. It is a total piece of garbage store and even more so its workers.

I purchased a vehicle from Fury Motors ************* back in 2018. At the time they were all about promoting and backing their highly advertised LIFETIME POWERTRAIN WARRANTY on the vehicles on their lot. This was the main thing that sold me on the decision that I made that night when I chose to leave their lot. Fast forward 6 years later, I am now facing possible engine failure on my car. For this reason, I did not complain to Fury Motors, I reached out to the warranty company (CNA) in whom is partnered with Fury Motors. I addressed my concerns and almost immediately my warranty claim was denied. Their main reason being is that my vehicle had aftermarket performance parts installed on the engine. Here's the catcher though, these same parts that caused the warranty claim to be denied are the exact same parts that were already on the car when I purchased the vehicle. So I went to Fury Motors and instead of being remorseful, the general manager ****** laughed at my face over the phone at my request. All I'm asking for is for them to cover the charges for repairing my car so that I can go on with my day. So I can go to work, so I can pick up my kids after work. I was mislead into a false warranty that never even existed in the first place. So now i am taking them to court. Its funny though, when I mentioned legal action, they still call my bluff. Time will tell and karma will come back around.**To Fury Motors, please respond to this review. Keep in mind, it was CNA that convinced me to pursue legal action against you, seeing as your company lied to gain a warranty to slap on the vehicle in which YOU sold me back in 2018.***Updated 9/12/2024 8:41pm. After the owner responded to my review, I decided to call the dealership back. However, management avoided me. It's actually quite amusing how as soon as you mention legal action that they want to come out and play. However, as I've said in my voicemail, I have PTO hours to burn. We can go to court. Call me. You have my info.

Mr. ** purchased a 2015 ****** WRX on April 11, 2018 from Fury Motors. At the time of Mr. *** purchase this vehicle included a limited lifetime powertrain warranty. As with most warrantys there are terms and conditions, along with owner responsibilities so not limit coverage. We verified Mr. ** contacted the warranty company (CNA). CNA inspected the vehicle, and it was noted by Mr. **, he had done modifications to the engine since the purchase date in 2018. As a result of these actions CNA denied coverage based on violating the terms and conditions of the warranty. Please note, all the terms and conditions are printed on the warranty contract given to Mr. ** at the time of sale.

******** has repeatedly contacted Fury Motors requesting we pay for the repair, which was denied.

    Sincerely,

    ************************* - GSM Fury Motors

Several years ago I brought my 2013 Wrangler JK for service and was told I needed new brake pads (part of their multipoint inspection during any service). I didnt have time that day and figured Ill take care of it the next time I was in. Flash forward to the next service and I forgot until I received the new multipoint inspection sheet showing that my brake pads were in great shape was willing to let that one go and just double check everything they say myself. Three weeks ago I brought in my Jeep for a slow leak in a tire there were no other problems with the vehicle. They then started by telling me I needed pads and rotors. As the vehicle had been sitting for quite some time I figured it couldnt hurt and let them do the work then started a series of calls telling me I needed another part replacement, and another, and another. When it looked like they were going to try and bang me out of half the value of the vehicle for brakes I made them stop. They damaged the caliper when they replaced the pads and rotors. Years ago they tried to scam me into an unnecessary repair (unless brake pads grow back?). I would be very wary trusting this dealership.

I had a very disappointing experience with Fury Motors in *******************. I purchased a Jeep Cherokee in 2015 along with an extended warranty with Fury Motors (100K-10year). Despite the car having only 48K miles after nine years and being meticulously maintained, I recently took it in for brake replacement and asked for a transmission fluid check due to a minor jerking in lower gears. Initially, the service team confirmed the brakes were replaced and the jerking was nowhere to be found, but overlooked the transmission fluid check. When they finally attempted it, three days later, I was informed that a s**** accessing the fluid had been stripped, leaving them unable to complete the job. No-body else has ever served the car, with the exception of routine oil, battery and tires. In the end, I received my car back in worse condition than when I dropped it off. The service team suggested the issue existed before I brought the car in, essentially dismissing any responsibility. This entire ordeal has left me deeply dissatisfied considering the care and low mileage of my vehicle.****************

Bought a 2020 Ram pickup Nov '23 Inspection papers looked good, test ride seemed fine, salesman sold me.I'm 67.. first time I've ever regretted buying a vehicle! I'll be brief. A truly bad experience.1st fib: if you finance, you'll save $1k off purchase. No you won't. Interest will cost hundreds. 2nd fib: interest will be <$300 on a $33k truck, no- it's $425 minimum plus hours on the phone to get it that low.3rd fib- 30 day full warranty. Not. Drivetrain only! I was told otherwise. Not in writing, so "he said- she said". My electronics pkg had issue from day 1. Salesman wouldn't even look me in the eyes.NOTE* appointments for "anything" in the shop start out with a quick computer read out of possible ongoing issues. They DO NOT run that 10 minute readout on a used vehicle before selling it! That's policy. They "inspect" the vehicle without ever plugging it in for a readout of possible issues, and sell it that way?? Isn't that just wrong?4th fib+: vehicle milage was off by 650 miles. **** I came in for free 3k oil change (after only 2500 miles). Inspection now shows all tires are 1m lower , and replacement should be near term. Rear brakes are 3m lower- though I've been babying the truck to see what best possible milage is. They did NOT check tire pressure as they said the did, because one was 15# low with a leak. They did NOT put the oil cap back on, though in theory you can't close the hood with the cap in the resting place- super glad I checked before driving off! There's more, but you get the idea. :((P.S. I found a nearby dealership with rates $60/hour cheaper.

****************, purchased a used 2020 Ram 1500 on November 1, 2023 from Fury Stillwater. At the time of purchase, the vehicle was already out of the basic bumper to bumper warranty, but still had the Powertrain and Corrosion warranty. Approximately 30 days ago, **************** met with our service and sales manager and as a goodwill gesture, *************** offered to pay for half of the part cost and the labor to install an new radio. **************** did not accept this offer and it has now been rescinded. Please note, **************** declined an extended warranty at the time of sale which would have covered this repair.

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM FURY - MY EXPERIENCE I purchased a 2023 Dodge Hornet in August of 2023. Since the purchase of my vehicle, it has only been in my possession for a totally of 77 days, and Fury Motors, either the ******************** or Stillwater location has had possession of my vehicle for 138 days. Furthermore, my vehicle was in ****'s possession from November 13, 2023, to March 1, 2024. When I got my vehicle back I only had it for 13 days and the vehicle broke down again. **** will no longer work with me to resolve the issues, and ***** closed out the case regarding my vehicle and has informed me to work with the dealership. In speaking with businesses associated with Fury, my vehicle qualifies as a lemon under ** Lemon Law, and neither **** and ***** will help to resolve this issue. I am essentially paying for a vehicle that doesn't run and that **** stated they don't know how to resolve the issues currently going on.

****************** originally brought in his vehicle after a few months of ownership with a warning indicator light on. After inspection, and removing the front fascia it was determined the vehicle had front end collision damage due to an accident. As a result, it was sent to our body shop and ****************** submitted a claim to his insurance company as this was not a warranty claim. After receiving his vehicle back from the body shop, which did take and some while waiting for the parts to be sourced and delivered, ****************** brought it in for some additional work. During this visit, ****************** was verbally abusive to our staff to the point where he went into our shop and took his vehicle out of the technicians stall and sped away. A few minutes later he brought it back and left overnight for us to continue diagnosing. The next morning, ****************** was again being disruptive and threating our staff with legal actions. Consequently, we informed ****************** that he would have to take his business to another dealership as he was no longer welcome at Fury. Please note, ****************** contacted ********** to request a buyback or peruse lemon law and he was denied by Stellantis as the vehicle down time was due to an accident and not a warranty issue. Finally, Fury Motors will no longer work on Mr. ******** vehicles due to his aggressive verbal abuse of Fury employees.

We wanted to get our jeep that we bought from inver grove fury serviced. We were charged 631 for an oil change and a diagnostic. They called us and upped the final price from 3000, to 4000, then called us a third time to say it was actually 6000! We decided we were being obviously pinched, and took our business elsewhere but still had to pay 631 dollars for AN OIL CHANGE

****************** came in for and oil change Brake inspection and 2 concerns to be diagnosed. The Drivers door handle would not unlock the door when touched and the Check engine light was on with a ticking noise in the engine. ****************** authorized all charges including the diagnostics at time of check in.When ****************** was quoted the amount to repair his concerns, our advisor provided an estimate for the labor only (not parts and labor). Our Advisor caught his mistake, apologized for the error and sent a corrected estimate which included the parts. ****************** was also then sent and estimate for new tires. ****************** declined all of the repairs, picked up his vehicle and paid the fees that were already authorized, specifically, the oil change, brake inspection and the time to diagnose the door handle and engine concern.

This place is the worst. I leased a Jeep here 3 years ago. **** in a month later and the person who sold it to me is gone. Have taken it there for service regularly. Hit or miss for service in the service department. Now it's time to buy out my lease and because I'm not spending big money on a different vehicle, no one seems to want to call me back. So frustrating. I called a month ago and they told me I had to wait until it was ready to expire. Now I have 8 days left and can't get anyone to return my call. Have left several messages. I'll never do business here again. And the front desk person doesn't seem to care. I'll take another message. I'll take another message. All I can do is take a message. Seriously, you are literally sitting around the corner from their office. You can't find someone to help??

We discussed her experience in depth, and wanted to hear about issues that we could fix or processes we could alter going forward. After our meeting with ********, we gave her managements personal cell phone numbers that she is free to call on us anytime without hassle. We parted on mutually respectful terms, and this situation has been handled.

Stay away from Fury Motors service center. I dealt with a guy named ***********************. He doesnt care about customer service. He sees it like its an honor for you to be allowed to have his techs work on your car. My car needed a part ordered. ***** was going to leave my car unlocked on his lot because ********** wouldnt pay him to lock it. According to ***** the part was going to take weeks if not months to arrive. He stated that I had to take it or leave it. I left.

I did the mistake of buying my Jeep from Fury Motors in **********, **. The Sales person was nice but keep on leaving for long periods of time. During the test drive I found some money left in the Jeep that i was going to be purchasing and my sale person stated that it was mine to keep. This did not happen as when they prepped the Jeep for me they took the money and kept it. I have brought many vehicles and never had an empty tank of gas at the time of purchase. The dealers would always fill the tank before you leave the dealership. I had to go to a gas station to put gas in. ($65) When it came time to the finance department I told my sales person that I was going to put down $10,000 on a cc, my trade in and finance the rest. But Fury Motors do not take a cc for this dollar amount that I needed to bring in a check for the amount, as the cost to do a $10,000 on my cc would cost them too much in fees. ****** the finance person said that I could not do this as it was not going to be enough to finance and to get the rebate but when the used car manager, ****** and I talked it was fine. When I was fin ****** and I did the paperwork.I stated that I just renewed my license tabs and I wanted them moved to the new jeep that I was buying from them. I paid the extra fee for doing this.I wrote a bad review and got a call the from Fury Motors asking me to take down the review if they gave me a ******** change and a gas car for $50. I stated that I would think about it. 3 weeks late ****** is calling me that I need to drive back to the dealership to fill out more paperwork after I told me that I was not driving back he told me that he would mail it to me. 2 weeks later I get another call from ****** stating that he has not gotten the paperwork back from me but I did not receive the paperwork from ******. He stated he was going to mail me out the paperwork again. This time I did get it but it was 2 weeks later. I filled it out right away and mailed it back to him. Now 3 weeks lat
