      We hired EcoShield *********/ Twin cities of ********* for quarterly pest control. They were charging me for the service which I agreed to. I have cameras on every corner of my house and they would come out, walk around the house twice and do absolutely nothing for the service that i was paying for and leave. I would get the **** like they completed it so i called and told them that and cancelled. Now they want to send a cancellation fee for a service they were not providing. I have called and explained my frustrations and they are still trying to charge me. That is not right in my eyes, charging for a service they are not providing and adding other charges on top of that.

      It's very hard to convey all the issues in **** characters. The story is much longer.We started pest control services with EcoShield in May of 2020. The problems with their service began right away.For the most recent treatment on September 2, we informed them of specific issues before, during, and after the treatment. The technician wrote some notes which included "I also removed all reachable spider webs". The statement is a blatant lie. The porch had many spider webs on September 2. They are still there today. They are easily reachable by a child with a household broom. There was no attempt to remove the wasp nest we reported, citing lack of equipment. The technician assured me he would arrange for somebody to come back with other equipment to remove the wasp nest. EcoShield has not scheduled a return visit and it appears they are unwilling or unable to complete the pest control treatment. It's pointless to talk with them because their statements cannot be trusted.

      Hi *****, we want to sincerely apologize for the wasps nests around your home. I looked at your notes and saw that we were just at your home for a free touchup service on 9/23. The tech notes state that he wasn't able to knock the nest down, but that he did treat them. Please let us know if you have noticed any activity from the nest, and we promise to come back out free of charge.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      The wasp nest is still on the house and it's still very active. If the residential pest control company (EcoShield) cannot control pests on my typical residence then I demand to be released from the two-year commitment so I can find a pest control company who can do the job. EcoShield promised premium service for their premium price and they have provided substandard service. They have failed to control a very common pest problem.

      Ecoshiled had explained that they would come out and remove the spider webs and treat the outside of the house. After they came numerous amounts of webbing and pests can still be seen. They did not even preform any service to the inside of the house yet. I spoke to a customer service representative and asked to cancel the service that they really didn't provide. She requested photos (attached) of all the spider webs that are still around my house to prove lack of effectiveness. Then she explained that the account would be zeroed out and no charges would issued.They issued me an invoice via email for $215.82, which I will not be paying.They need to either issue a "Full Refund" for my credit card or zero the balance on the account.I've emailed them the photos and made the same request as above. Still no response from Ecoshield.I may have to go into their location to get them to resolve this problem.

      Hi ***, we want to sincerely apologize for the webs that were missed. As part of our service agreement, we offer free touchup services to fix ******** activity, or areas missed. The $215.82 past due balance on the account is not for a service performed, but for prematurely canceling the agreement. If you wish to continue, we will remove the charge from the account.

      Please cancel the account and remove any outstanding charges. I'll be notifying my CC company and telling them to block any charges from your company.

      Also, the photos were from after a touch up appointment.

      The date of service was 9/15/2021 ************ is a scam! We had a sales rep come to our door selling Eco Sheild and promised that they would do a better job than the previous company we had. They require payment upfront and require you sign a contract. They want me to pay for services that I only received part of. They were at my house for 10 minutes and they want me to pay $200. They kept trying to come early every time I scheduled. The day they did show up it was 40 minutes early. The tech said his paperwork stated 5:00 p.m. I have my paperwork and it states 5:40 to 6:00. I wanted to be home for the 1st service. My wife was home, but she doesnt like dealing with this. I would not do business with this company.

      Hi ***, thank you for reaching out to us in regard to your experience with EcoShield Pest Solutions. We are sincerely sorry for any frustration you may have encountered through this experience. After reviewing the appointment, we found that the technician was there for over 21 minutes. The time spent doesn't correlate with the effectiveness of the services. If you have pest activity after the service, then we would go back out free of charge for a touchup. The account has an unpaid balance of $213.97 which would need to be paid before moving forward.

       I am rejecting this response because:
      I was in my car when your tech called me and I live 12 miuntes from my house, so I know your guy wasn't there working 21 minutes.  He was pulling out of the neighbor hood when I was pulling in. My contract was aloso to do the inside of my garage and my house and I didn't get that either.  I don't want your services anymore and your company is a fraud.  I was suppose to get traps for rodent control and din't get them either.  This was promised by the guy that was going door to door.  My neighbor that signed up too didn't get her rodent traps either.  Your guy way over promised and your team under delivered.
