      I canceled services after the man doing the pest control started talking to my daughter through our living room window while I was in the shower. I was not aware of his presence at the time. Went to cancel the service and was told if I didnt pay the cancelation fee I would be sent to collections. Very disturbing and concerned.

      I wish I could give this a ZERO star review. This company is a **** as others have indicated. They send a door to door sales guy to new developments to get new home owners to pay for a pest solution. They indicated at the time that I could cancel after my first two visits if we weren't happy. After the first couple visits, we had the technicians tell us they had a policy about getting on ladders and could not get on a ladder. So that wasps nest way up top in the crest of the garage was too far for them to safely remove it. So instead they took a brush on a stick and brushed it around a little bit, basically just upsetting the wasps, and then said he was finished. This company is such a joke. Then I wanted to cancel and I was subject to paying out the rest of my contract, even when the sales guys and technicians verbally told me I could cancel anytime. I will NEVER use a service like this again and I will be letting ALL my neighbors know how much of a scam this company is. I begrudgingly paid to get out of my contract and feel like a complete idiot for ever falling for something stupid like this in the first place. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!!

      Stay away from this company! I had a problem with spiders and ants they came out several times and there was no improvment. Its imposable to talk to anyone. Their phone system takes you in circles and puts you on hold for long periods of time and then you are transfered over and over. they charged me to cancel the service. They droped there price two times but the stress they cause with scheduling and canceling and rescheduling its not worth it.

      This service did not help reduce bugs. I canceled early and had to pay an extra $200 after cancellation. The cost is extremely high. Which they sent to collections after saying they wouldnt if they heard back. I responded and they didnt respond back to me and sent it to collections. it was a nightmare for me. I highly suggest not using this service.

      Horrible product, horrible customer service took me to collections when I refused to pay for a scam product. These people are pesky they are a nuisance to the neighborhood. They pressure you into buying their product, trying to ******* you into a deal that you cant refuse only to find out their product does not work at all only to find out when you want to cancel the account they charged you an additional $400 now your bill is over $700 for $185 service. I refuse to pay for a service where I still have bugs that have not gone away didnt even die. They continue to eat my plants so this product does not work that Ecoshield is selling. I demand that my account be closed and that no fees I will have to pay For a service that is useless for a product that is useless.

      As with many others, I regret that I signed a contract with the door-to-door salesman when we moved into our new home, something I would normally take time to research. Apparently, they said that we were getting a big discount by signed for a year. After two visits, there were a few dead bugs, but the problem we were having with ants coming through the kitchen baseboard from outside was not addressed or solved: in fact it seemed worse after the last visit. When I spoke to our property manager, I was informed that they always take care of such issues with tenants, at no extra cost, so I phoned EcoShield to cancel our account. I was told that I would be liable for a penalty of $300 to ***lace the discount I had received. Looking at the contract (which required a magnifying glass) that appears correct. The *** I spoke to tried to get me to continue the service for the remainder of the term, at $120 per visit for more times. She kept saying she was trying to save me money, but by the time I spend $240, plus having to put up with this rotten company, I just want to see the last of them. I spent a lot of time ***eatedly asking her to just cancel the account and send an invoice. I must have asked for that ten times before she finally gave in and did as asked. I will most likely end up paying, but I will be sure to warn everyone I can to steer clear of this company. They did send a response to my review, but just more of the blah-blah junk they send everyone. Bottom line: High-pressure sales ***s, worthless service, and sketchy business practices. Oh, and they also charged $16 sales tax on the final payoff, which I know is mandated by the state, but somehow seemed like insult to injury.

      Absolutely horrible experience with this company. Signed a contract on a mobile device by one of their salesman who was very pushy and promised they could take care of our issues, which they have not done. Not to mention he's going around knocking on peoples doors without a license to do so. Called to cancel my contract after paying over $300.00 for the crappy services I received and telling them I can no longer afford it due to the passing of my significant other and all they told me was they were going to charge me a cancellation fee of another $221.00+tax. So now they are telling me I'm going to be paying over $500.00 for (2) trips to my house that accomplished nothing. Was told if I didn't pay the cancellation fee, they would send it to collections. Then, when I told them I was going to report them to the BBB, they just said that's fine, go ahead, doesn't matter to us. All I can say is wow...what a terrible business ethic.This company is a total scam. Don't believe anything they tell you because it's all a lie just to get you to sign up and then take your money. I wouldn't even give them 1 star.

      What ever you do DO NOT SIGN up with these guys! The sales men promise you one thing and sell you as if its just a one time payment. They will also say they are coming around to do another free service that is included with the bundle. The sales guy will rush you to sign the contract saying are guys are almost done with the house next door i need you to sign quick before he leaves. Also the sales guys will hold the agreement and scroll and say sign here here and here. so you don't even see what you are signing. I am now being threatened to be sent to collections if i don't pay $400. I cant afford to pay this and will be sending all forms of communication to BBB. TOTAL SCAMMERS

      This company is the worst! The salesperson put together my husband, a disabled vet, that we would receive his family discount. We received 2 sub par treatments and the last one was supposedly done while we were away. We saw no evidence that someone had been here. I just received a bill for $464.93. I had told the sales person we wanted to try one treatment and he said no problem. My husband and I are furious!
