This company/contractor is a Nightmare's contractor. Lacks communication, very questionable organization of work to be completed, comes and goes as he pleases with no update to what is going on or what they will work on next This project had one year to be completed started 10/24/22 roof still leaked after seal coating had to ask him to come pick up roof material left from oct 22 left through the winter Front door took 4-6 hours to be installed **** left my home for 3 hrs to get door k*** and dead bolt Got wrong size back door but did not know until my old door was torn out. **** wanted to only tyvek the whole I had to request plywood. Tore out flooring was told for many days that he would be dropping off new flooring to acumate to my home temp. very little prepping to subfloor, I had to babysit and demand it or they could not lay the planks. **** claims it is homeowners responsibility to prep the sub floor.$12000 floor and he laid vynal planks over uneven subfloor, subflooring with staples and other things not pulled out of subfloor, then found pieces of broken vynal planks and cardboard to try to level the floor he improperly installed. flooring in bathrrom was heated up to be removed and created an extremely sticky floor, left over a weekend like this Back door he installed you can see daylight through the top and bottom corners **** stated he had an electrical license, But installed a exterior light that could not be turned off with out blowing a breaker. when confronted he said he is not licensed to do electrical and he did not know you had to be in the state of MN 19 days of NO SHOWER!! due to lack of coming to my home to work. and it is still not properly caulked and water sealed started back stairs no railing not level, footing is broken left back door exposed did not properly flash or j channel it.removed my one and only bathroom light set a exhaust fan in but no venting of it and no light for over three ******************* left this Job.

Do not hire this company unless you want terrible customer service, and be willing to accept something less than promised. I rented his dump trailer only to have it delivered with a quarter of it already filled with someones elses junk. When questioned, the owner (**** Glaser) made it sound like this is a normal practice and that I should be grateful he agreed to rent to me. He wants to be paid in cash, which Im sure he reports as income on his taxes, and he is very argumentative trying to provoke confrontation. This is not someone you want to do business with!

Contractor has questionable practices and work delivered is not good. Was hired to extend current living area to include a full kitchen and mud room. Would never recommend or work with again.1. Would not show up when he said he would show up. Several calls and texts required to get him to show up. Would tell occupant that he would show up the next day, never showed, never called. 2. Used a minor to do a significant amount of work (putting up insulation, studs, painting, Sheetrock.3. Left minor onsite unsupervised doing work.4. Left site when subs were onsite. Did not manage their work. Asked that the occupant "watch the electrician to make sure job was getting done".5. When electrician asked to be paid directly by customer, customer agreed as by right in **. Contractor bullied and strong armed to be paid directly. Never ended up paying the electrician. Electrician sent an overdue notice on Christmas Eve to property owner to be paid.
