    Ordered an item online and paid for it with shipping after a week they emailed and said I either had to pay $130.00 more or cancel my order!

    Ordered a yeti cooler 12 days before Christmas, waited til Christmas Eve to email me to tell me they were out of stock, this is after a follow up phone call I placed to check on order and was assured everything was ok, and that they were pulling order to ship, HORRIBLE customer service

    Absolutely awful customer service. Bought a firearm off them from gun broker and when I went to use it realized there was significant damage to the end of the barrel. Called them and things felt like it was good at first and they were going to take care of it nope gave me the jerk around and made me go through the manufacturer instead. Never trust a word they say, never buy from these people they dont back up any of the products the sell

    I do apologize for the issues you are having with your firearm purchased on 2/21/24. When you contacted us on 5/15/2024 about the damage, we wanted to connect with the Factory to see what options we had due to the length of time it was reported to us. We followed what the factory suggested and put you in contact with them directly. We did offer to do an exchange on 5/17 of the firearm directly with us, but we would have to order the firearm as we had none in stock. Again, I do apologize.Please call ************** and ask for ****. I would be happy to assist in an exchange.

    They have several *********************/reel combos on their website at prices too good to be true. When you try to add them to Your Cart (who doesn't like a deal?), you receive an error alert to add missing information, but there's no fields or drop-down menus to select. In other words, you can't finish the purchase on these "deals"! They have a "24/7" phone # listed, but when you call it says, "sorry we are closed". What's going on with this company!! Are these listings on the site just click-bait? Very fishy, no pun intended.

    I purchased a Browning Wicked Wing 12g over/under 28” marketed and listed as new through the Reeds website and had shipped to my local FFL in Texas. When I arrived at my local FFL and upon inspecting, I noticed significant wearing on the break over pivot section (next to the action) as well as some burring on the inside of both top and bottom barrel. I called Reeds and they stated that it was not a display model and that it was shipped to them directly from Browning in this condition. I took pictures while at the FFL and the FFL dealer also confirmed that was unusual for a new break action shotgun. I’ve purchased 2 others (Yildiz and CZ over/unders) from local big box retailers with “0” wear on the gun. Reeds offered to pay return shipping, but they should have inspected and or sold the gun as used to begin with. I will not do business with Reeds ever again and plan to share my experience with fellow hunters. I purchased this for duck season and decided not to return, they should have offered a discount in the difference of what the gun would’ve been sold for used! This not only leaves a bad experience w Reeds, but also Browning firearms as I don’t know the truth on where quality control/inspection failed or if it was in fact used and sold as new.

    On 4-26-22 I purchased a Benelli Super Black Eagle 3 BEST shotgun for over $2000. I received the gun but it was missing the vented rib set screw completely so the rib was not fastened to the barrel, therefore, it rattled. I called REEDS Customer service and the girl with the first initial of "L" was very condescending and snide. I didn't expect her to know what a Rib setting screw was but I WAS expecting her to fulfill her " customer service " role and facilitate this issue. I then emailed Reeds Customer service and the same girl with the first initial of " L" as the email signifies, said she PERSONALLY spoke to the Benelli rep and that they would be in touch. I'm STILL waiting for this to happen much less a follow up from REEDS regarding my issue with a $2000 shotgun in which in this disastrous economy not everyone runs out and buys such a gun but evidently Reeds is doing so well they could care less. WORST TO NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Good thing I know some people in the industry or YOU (REEDS) would have gotten this shotgun delivered back to you and my credit card company would have reimbursed my money rest assured.

    I apologize for any delay in resolving your issue. I do show you contacted us on 5/7 and we reached out to the factory that day. The factory responded to us on 5/10 and proceeded to send out the missing part. It does take the factory time to process orders and mailing takes **** days.They did confirm your missing item was shipped out directly to you and should have already arrived or arrived any day now. Again I do apologize for any delay. We do our best to take care of the customer.
