We are currently running 1+ years over our original timeline, and approximately 50% over the budget Revision put forward. I agree with so many elements pointed out in ****'s review below. We are facing water issues as well due to our reno and they are taking no responsibility. More damage was done to our home through the process of the in-scope work and they are absent as we struggle to fix the issues. Management shows up with beautiful booklets and aspirational plans and promises that will never be followed up nor delivered upon. Yet they will be the first to send photographers to your home to snap a shot and post it on social or on their website; the problem is, if people knew the reality of what it took to get there, they would be even less inclined to partner. Even the sub contractors expressed frustration with Revision along the way. Just recently we (the homeowners) were asked "to take part in the blame" of a special window that was ordered by Revision even though the project manager at the time of install (last summer) said it was "clearly on Revision they are working to resolve it." I could literally go on for hours and wouldn't come close to scratching the surface of the incompetence and negligence we experienced (and are now having to hire other contractors to fix). There are so many other qualified companies out there, do yourself a favor and do not consider Revision for a minute.
